Noel is a Chartered Architectural Technologist with over 25 years' experience in design and detailing of construction projects. He oversaw the Design Department at Kingspan Century with responsibility for housing and commercial projects in Tek and Timber Frame including housing developments, apartment blocks and commercial construction. Noel is a Registered Building Surveyor, Chartered Building Engineer and Assigned Certifier with expertise in fire design and all aspects of the Building Regulations.
