Ashish is a well known expert of non destructive testing, welding engineering and project quality assurance. He is a mechanical engineer from Pune University, PGD in Project Management from IIM Ahmedabad, ASNT Level III (RT, PT, UT, MPT) and AWS Certified Welding Inspector. He has over 26 years of experience in heavy engineering, defence and aerospace. He was Dy. General Manager, QA,QC and NDT at Larsen & Toubro responsible for international chemical , petrochemical as well as neucler power projects. He has worked on classified and non-classified projects of Ministery of Defence and Aerospace, Govt. of India. At GPE, he conducts welder performance appraisals, NDT training and is responsible for development of shop procedures and exotic material welding procedures.

Dipen is responsible for process engineering including thermal sizing of heat exchangers. He has over 30 years of experience in basic engineering and process design for the chemical, petrochemical and refinery industries. He is proficient in handling process engineering simulation software such as CHEMCAD, PRO II, HTRI, B-JAC and HYSIS. He is a 1990 batch Chemical Engineer from Gujarat University. He has 25 years of experience in heat exchanger design using HTRI and has designed seveal hundred critical heat exchanger for world wide customers. He has worked with several leading companies in India and abroad such as Reliance Industries, GTC Technology & ABB Lummus in USA and WS Atkins in UAE .

Alfons is holder of several patents including Nitrogen generation by PSA process, biogas and bio natural gas production and production of carbon molecular sieves. He served as the CEO of Carbotech Gas Systems GmbH for over two decades during which he established the company's presence in 6 continents. He holds a Dipl. Ing. Process Engineering from University GHS Essen, is a PhD / Dr. Ing. Process Technologies from University TH Bochum and has also been R&D engineer at Bergbau Forschung GmbH. His current company Carboneum Consult is a technical consultancy to serve leading organisations in the areas renewable gases, Nitrogen, Hydrogen and CO2. He has been closely associated with GPE since its inception and continues to guide process design, engineering & execution of cokeoven gas cleaning and PSA plants. He also helps with sourcing products and services from Europe.
Karl is MD at KLM Tech. Group and has over 30 years of experience in design, construction, commissioning, training, project and operations management of process units. He is the editor for Engineering Practice Magazine and the Kolmetz Handbook of Process Equipment Design. He has authored more than 160 publications on a variety of technical subjects and is a Certified Practicing Engineer (CPE). His expertise include a wide range of chemical process technologies and product categories such as cryogenic liquids, LNG, LPG, NGL, ethylene, propylene, benzene & toluene extractive distillation, refining, and steam & power plants. He has over 18 years of refining experience and 15 years of cryogenics experience with ethylene and midstream Groups like Westlake, Titan, Chandra Asri, JG Summit, Indorama, Linde, Technip, Enable, and DCP. Karl promotes GPE's modular process plants and engineering services in the US and Middle East under KLM. He also supports GPE with specific process expertise.
Priyanka is responsible for engineering and has been continuously focusing on process improvements and standardisation at GPE. She is an electrical engineer from Fr. Agnels, Mumbai and an MMS from Welingkar, Mumbai. She has worked for 5 years at Mercedes-Benz where she gained extensive experience in after sales, customer relationship management and marketing. She was part of the event management team for Auto Expo, Delhi and Indiaday at Daimler AG, Sindelfingen. She has also worked for Godrej & Boyce, Mumbai in the marketing and new product development functions. She has successfully delivered process and detail engineering packages for gas dehydration, treating, separation and purification under leading engineering consultants such as EIL, PDIL, Toyo, Worley Parsons, L&T Chiyoda, IBI Chematur, Technip and Tecnimont.

Materials management is Rajendra's responsibility and he has been handling this from the start of our operations. He oversees procurement, stores and dispatch departments and is responsible for complete material traceability over the entire design life of the plant or equipment. His team is responsible for planning and budgeting of purchase functions, vendor development, compliance to project vendor lists, procurement contract negotiations, execution and expediting for a plethora of items such as desiccants, process internals, plates, pipes, flanges, fittings, structural steel, instruments, valves, motors, heaters, control panels, analysers and various ancillary services. He has more than 25 years of experince and is a DME from Nashik University. He has worked in various roles and his previous stints were at Omega Thermo Engg.

Ranjana heads our mechanical engineering department which is responsible for 3D plant layouts, piping and structural engineering, static equipment design, code calculations, finite element analyses and 2D drafting. She has over 25 years of experience and has worked in various relevant roles in detail engineering. Like our entire senior management team, Ranjana has been with GPE since the very begining. She has handled projects for refineries, petrochemical and fertilizer plants, upstream oil & gas production facilities, integrated steel plants and biogas upgradation units. She is also responsible for our IT operations which include engineering software such as WINSIM, HTRI, ProIE CAD, CADWorx, CAESAR II, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD & InstruCalc and ERP software such as SAP B1.
Shankar started GPE with the clear vision to modularize process plants and harness India's engineering and manufacturing talent for the world market. He has over 40 years of experience in the global process industry and is a mechanical engineer from IIEST (B.E.College) and MBA from IISWBM. He was JV partner and Indian Managing Director of Neuman & Esser (NEA), Germany and setup their Indian operations as well as a Global Engineering Centre in Pune. He started his career in Atlas Copco and rose up the ranks to Divisional Manager for Gas & Process Division responsible for reciprocating, Oil Free Screw and Turbo Compressor Packages. He was trained on process calculation & simulations at the Atlas Copco (Linde AG) plant at Sürth, Germany.
Somdev has successfully established GPE as a process driven, professionally managed SME focusing on critical process equipment and skid packages. He is a mechanical engineer from MIT, Pune and has completed his PGP from IIM Bangalore. He has worked for Ernst & Young as a management consultant specializing in operations of core sector clients. He has also worked as a project engineer in Larsen & Toubro's International Oil & Gas Projects division. He was a trainee engineer at Eagle Burgmann's plant in Wolfratshausen, Germany and has completed an exchange term at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce, Brest, France. He has extensive project engineering, execution and commissioning experience in India, South East Asia, GCC and CIS countries, North Africa and the US.
Vishal streamlines and oversees operations at GPE and is responsible for production planning and control, quality control and project management departments. He is a mechanical engineer from North Maharashtra University and has two decades of experience in ASME coded pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, columns, skid packages. He has 13 years of experience with TUV Nord as a senior surveyor and has completed projects with leading organisations such as Reliance, L&T, IOCL, NTPC, Atlas Copco, KSB, KPC, Tata BlueScope, MNGL to name a few. He had been deputed by TUV Nord to Alfa laval, Thermax and Thyssenkrupp for long term project based inspection and professional services. He has also worked as a welding engineer at L&T Heavy Engineering, Hazira. He is ASNT NDT Level - II certified for RT, PT, UT, MT and trained for API, IBR and NACE execution.
