Corinne Bichon - CEO, Chairman

Corinne joined Galileo in July 2018 as Chief of Staff to the company's Chairman and CEO. In addition to managing all calendars, appointments and travel for the CEO, Corinne is also the Office Manager and Human Resources Coordinator for Galileo Global Group, overseeing all office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies, as well as monitoring all administrative projects. She is the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prior to joining Galileo, Corinne held the position of Office Manager at the New York French American Charter School where she implemented multiple administrative procedures, assisted the Admission Officer with student enrollment and coordinated multiple events with New-York based French schools and diplomatic representations. A native of France, Corinne has moved back and forth between the UK, the USA and her birthplace. She started her career at Crédit Lyonnais Paris as Export Finance Manager focusing on South-East Asia and later moved to corporate banking as an analyst for multinational corporations and financial institutions. She then worked as multi-source Export Finance Manager, structuring deals for multinational corporations and coordinating the banks' European network in this field of expertise. She is a strong advocate for bilingual education and served for ten years as a board member of the International Public School of Lyon, France. Corinne holds a Master's degree in Economics and International Finance Management from the University of Strasbourg (France) and a dual Bachelor's degree in European Business Administration from Middlesex University in London and Neoma Business School in Reims, France.

Dr. Thomas Fallows - Managing Director

Dr. Thomas Fallows joined Galileo Global Securities as Managing Director in August 2017. He brings over 35 years of banking experience working both globally (Citigroup and Chase Manhattan/JPMorgan) and domestically in Saudi Arabia (The Saudi Investment Bank and Saudi Fransi Capital). In Citigroup he was extensively involved in major transactions involving both Corporate and Investment Banking. In Italy he worked on advisory and financing projects for the ENI/Agip Group in Latin America and Africa, and for the Montedison Group for restructuring of their chemical businesses. In France he led a number of strategic transactions for Alcatel including the landmark Securitized Vendor Financing structure as well as project financings in Turkey, Hungary and Columbia, and supported Citi's restructuring services for France Telecom and Thomson Consumer Electronics. In South Korea he played a major role in Citi's work for Hynix and debt and equity financing for LG Electronics' JVs with Philips in display technology, and pioneered non-recourse financing in the Cable TV sector. His involvement in telecoms, media and technology brought him to Hong Kong in the role of Regional Industry Head for TMT for Citi's Corporate Bank in Asia, where he supported the bank's services for customers in semiconductors (Korea, Taiwan), telecom operators and network suppliers (China, India, Malaysia, Indonesia and Korea), PC manufacturers (China/Singapore and Taiwan), solar panels (China and Singapore) and gaming operators (Macao, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia). In Saudi Arabia from 2009 to 2017, Dr. Fallows first worked as Country Head for Investment Advisory and Sales for the wealth management affiliate of Amundi and Banque Saudi Fransi, and then he joined The Saudi Investment Bank focusing on the bank's Strategic Plan in Corporate Banking. He was particularly involved in providing banking services for affiliates Alistithmar Capital (financing for Real Estate Funds) and Saudi Orix (equipment leasing). Returning to the US in mid-2017, Dr. Fallows established Fallows Enterprises Inc. as the vehicle for his new activities both through Galileo Global Securities as well as through other financial consulting projects. Dr. Fallows is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and holds a PhD in History and Economics from Harvard University. He has lived and worked in Russia (as an exchange student at Moscow State University). He three times received the Citigroup Chairman's Club Award. He was certified for Investment Advisory Services by Saudi Arabia's Capital Monetary Authority and holds a FINRA Series 79 license.

François Pagès - CEO

François Pagès has over 25 years of a strong International Banking experience with postings in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Over the years he has been involved in creating numerous new businesses, reviewing and implementing acquisitions in the financial industry as well as managing teams of financial professionals. He has also frequently advised corporates and investors in their hedging, financial investments and funding strategies. François started his career in the French diplomatic services in the late 1970's, stationed in Beijing and Singapore. François then joined Société Générale in Paris in the early 1980's within the Fixed Income department, creating the Interest Rate & Currency Swap trading activity. In 1985 he participated in the creation of SG Securities (Japan), based in Tokyo, supervising the trading room (Fixed Income and Equity trading & Sales.) After returning to Paris in the late 1980's, François became Head of the Options Sales & Structuring activities (Fx, IR, Equity). He was then recruited by Crédit Lyonnais (in 1991) as Head of the Worldwide Equity Derivative Group, where he was soon made CEO of Crédit Lyonnais Securities (Japan.) As CEO, François supervised all Capital Market & Brokerage activities in Japan with a major focus on coverage of the Japanese customer base, and the development of various Japanese product franchises for the group. In 1999, François became the CEO of Crédit Lyonnais Securities (USA) and Head of Capital Markets/Brokerage & Investment Banking from Crédit Lyonnais group in the Americas. Upon the merger with Crédit Agricole in 2003, he retained the same position for Calyon in the Americas supervising teams based in the USA, Canada, Mexico and Brazil of over 500 Front Office professionals. Beside high level customer relationships, François was intimately involved in the creation of new activities and the acquisitions process of businesses and/or teams. François has a MBA from ESSEC in France and a degree in Asian languages from Paris University. He is tightly involved in several think-tanks and non-for-profit organizations. Francois is a registered representative and principal with Series 7, Series 24 and Series 63 licenses.

Georges Ugeux - CEO, Chairman

Georges Ugeux is an active and awarded blogger. You can read his posts on Le Monde and Medium. A lawyer and economist by training, Georges Ugeux has focused his entire 30 year career on the global dimensions of business, government and finance and has a deep understanding of the cultural dimension of negotiations, networks and partnerships. He is an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University where he teaches International Banking & Finance. Georges began his career in commercial banking at Société Générale de Banque (now Fortis Bank), where he became the General Manager of the investment banking and trust division. He later served as Managing Director of Morgan Stanley's Mergers and Acquisitions department, as well as Group Finance Director at Société Générale de Belgique, a Belgian conglomerate. In 1992, he became President and Managing Director of Kidder, Peabody Europe. He was also a member of the European Corporate Executive Council of General Electric. He was President of the European investment Fund, a public private partnership financing infrastructure and SME projects owned by the European Investment Bank, the European Community and 77 European banks. For seven years Georges immersed himself in the global equity markets by heading the International Group of the New York Stock Exchange, bringing over 300 non-US companies, valued at $ 2.7 trillion, to the US market. He is a frequent public speaker and educator on global issues (The College of Europe in Bruges, Harvard Law School and others). Georges Ugeux holds a Doctorate in Law and is Licentiate in Economics from the Catholic University of Louvain. He is a former director of AXA Tianping, a Shanghai based insurance company and chairs numerous transatlantic organizations.

Katarina Panoutsopoulos - CFO
