Gambas is located at Wapping Wharf, right next to the harbour, from our terrace you can enjoy the best sunsets in Bristol... We aim to provide an experience that is authentic, informal, and fun. Using produce that is fresh and seasonal, to create clean, simple dishes and drinks... We believe sharing is the best way to live the full Gambas experience. If you prefer, you can book seats on our kitchen counter where you can enjoy watching our chefs prepare and cook (all your food) from our open kitchen.
