Dave Hood

Dave is Vice President of Business Development at SensorThink, an IOT platform for commercial buildings and automation systems. Prior to that, Dave served as president at First Alarm, one of the nation's top 50 largest security firms. Dave holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University, and is a part-time member of the faculty at Cabrillo College where he teaches Business Information System Technology.

Jason Geil

As Business Development Manager, Jason interfaces with all four divisions. Jason serves on the Board of Directors of the Fresno Chamber of Commerce. Jason is a former Director and Board Member of the Rotary Club of Fresno and is a Committee Member of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and Downtown Fresno Partnership.

Roy Hernandez

Roy Hernandez joined Geil Enterprises, Inc. in 1997 as a Security Guard. He has held the role of General Manager of CIS Security & Valley Security & Alarm. He served as Chief Operating Officer before becoming President of GEI in 2017. Roy received a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Concentration in Finance Degree from University of Phoenix. Roy is a Certified Small Giants Leader. Small Giants is a community of purpose driven leaders and companies that are committed to putting people before profit. Roy serves on the Board of Directors of the Boy & Girls Clubs of Fresno County.

Ryan Geil

Ryan has been a member of the Geil Enterprises' team since the age of 16 and currently serves as Chairman of the Board. He diligently worked his way up through the ranks - starting as a janitor and ultimately promoted to President in 2013. He served as President from 2013-2017. Ryan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California.

Tyler F. Young

Tyler is currently the Executive Chairmen of the board of W.F.Young Inc, which focuses on animal health care with an emphasis on Horses, Dogs and Cats. He is past President and CEO of W.F.Young from 1989 - 2010. Tyler is s former director at the Consumer Health Care Association from 1989 - 2009. Tyler has been a member of the YPO Western New England chapter from 2004 - 2008 and now YPO Gold San Diego from 2015 - Present. He attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst receiving a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on manufacturing. His volunteer work includes Habitat for Humanity, being a YPO Mentor, and Elder Care for less privileged.
