Alan W. Stewart is a partner at Gibson Law Partners, LLC. Allison M. Humphreys

Allison M. Humphreys is a paralegal with 15 years of paralegal experience in the Lafayette and Baton Rouge area. In 1991, Allison earned a B.S. degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Interior Merchandising and quickly learned that this was not her calling. In 1992, Allison attended and graduated, with honors, from the ABA approved National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia with a specialty in civil litigation. Anna Grand-Lege has joined the firm as an associate in 2020. Ms. Grand-Lege received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Mass Communications from Loyola University New Orleans in 2006. She later earned a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from the University of New Orleans before going on to earn her Juris Doctor and Diploma in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. While she was in law school, Ms. Grand-Lege was an active member of the Trial Advocacy Board and placed third in the nation at the American Bar Association Arbitration National Finals. Ms. Grand-Lege has experience in handling mass tort and toxic tort litigation and has been named as one of the top lawyers in immigration law by Acadiana Profile magazine each year since 2017. Her practice will focus on litigation of complex matters involving professional liability, commercial litigation, general casualty defense, and immigration. Charles M. "Chuck" Kreamer is co-founder of, and partner in, Gibson Law Partners, LLC. Chuck also serves as the firm's Managing Partner. Her prior legal experience was focused on litigation, including maritime, personal injury, insurance defense and medical malpractice. In 1995, she sat for and obtained her certified legal assistant (CLA) designation from the National Association of Legal Assistants. Most recently, she received her designation of Advanced Certified Paralegal in E-discovery from the National Association of Legal Assistants. Michelle is currently a member of the Louisiana State Paralegal Association and the Lafayette Paralegal Association. Michelle has been working with our team for 13 years.

Nancy Hartwell

Nancy Hartwell moved to Lafayette from New Orleans in 1982. Her legal career began in 1984 as a receptionist while attending paralegal classes at USL. She has been assisting Lafayette firms in a paralegal capacity since 1991. Nancy brings 27 plus years of legal experience to GLP, with emphasis on litigation of maritime personal injury claims from an insurance defense perspective and longshore workers compensation claims. She has assisted in wage claims and wrongful termination suits, and has been instrumental in the creation and management of databases for document intensive files, discovery, document exchange and preparations for trial. Nancy is currently a member of the Lafayette Paralegal Association.
