Mr. Andrew Chow is the Chief Operational Officer and Responsible Officer of GLAM Capital Limited, primarily responsible in supervising the businesses of securities and asset management business of the companies to comply with the regulatory requirements of local and foreign authorities. Prior to joining GLAM Capital, Mr. Chow was the Head of Compliance of ZMF Asset Management Limited and Head of Compliance of the China Finance KAB Ltd and China Finance KAB Asset Management Ltd with extensive experiences in treasury, private banking and internal audit areas in global finance companies like BNP Paribas, DBS Bank, Fubon Bank and Bank of China.
Mr. Chow has a qualification of CPA (Australia). He received a Master Degree of Professional Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland of Australia and the Bachelor Degree of Finance from The Hong Kong Baptist University.
Larry Yeung is the Co-Founder of the GLAM Capital Limited, and is responsible for the strategic managements and business development of the company. Mr. Yeung has over 20 years of global financial market experiences and is well-versed in the market knowledge.
Before founding GLAM Capital Limited, Mr Yeung was the CEO of ZMF Asset Management Limited. In leading ZMF Asset Management Limited, he set up and orchestrated the investment team as he pursued the interests of the company and the clients, managing a portfolio size of over HKD2 Billion. His leadership has served the valuable high-net worth clients well to their satisfaction adding great values to their wealth under his safekeeping. Also under his supervision, ZMF has completed many IPOs placing and underwriting activities.
Mr. Yeung has worked for reputable financial institutions, such as South China Financial Holdings Limited (00619.HK) and Cinda International Holdings Limited (00111.HK).

Mr. Ray Chu is the CEO and Responsible Officer of GLAM Capital Limited. He has over 10 years of experiences in equity research and investment management.
Prior to joining GLAM, Mr. Chu was the General Manager of ZMF Asset Management Limited. On top of the daily operations of the company, Mr. Chu was primarily responsible in Hong Kong IPO underwriting, placing activities, conducting research and analysis of Hong Kong listed companies. During his career in ZMF Asset Management Limited, Mr. Chu has completed over 10 Hong Kong IPOs with a market capitalization of over HK10 billion. He was also the investment manager of IME ASIA CULTURAL AND ENTERTAINMENT FUND which invested in the high growth entertainment sector that covers different live performances or entertainments and cultural related businesses in Asia.
Mr. Chu began his career in Cinda International Holdings Limited specializing in securities and futures. He then worked for South China Financial Holdings Limited and Resources Asset Management Limited. He was responsible for conducting research and analysis for Hong Kong listed companies, managing funds including Hong Kong stock market, pre-IPO and stock loan facility.
