Joshua Manaugh holds a license in the state of Florida both as a general contractor and roofer. He is also a member of The Florida Roofing Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association. He began his construction career more than 16 years ago. His career has afforded him the opportunity to manage many projects in the construction field. He has successfully rehabilitated more than a thousand residential properties in the Tampa Bay Area. He has also supervised the construction of new residential and commercial buildings. Joshua moved to Florida 18 years ago to attend Florida College where he pursued an Associate of Arts degree. Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife, Beth, and their three children. He is also an active member of the church he attends.

Richard Chad is a 3rd generation home builder and has been licensed in the Florida construction industry since 1985. He holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida and a bachelors degree in biological science from the University of Michigan. His experience includes new home construction and renovations of investment properties. Mr. Chad is an executive director of the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce and has a special interest in historical renovations. He also holds a State of Michigan builders license and a Florida real estate brokers license. When not working, Mr. Chad spends time with his wife, Nancy, while watching his son excel at baseball and music. He plays racquetball regularly and is an avid fisherman.
