Charles Fahey

Mr. Fahey has more than 20 years of experience in surveying and engineering technology. His past experience includes the management of survey standards and technology. His survey project background includes boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, subdivision plans, as-built plans, legal descriptions, construction layout, utility design and elevation certificates. Charles has also worked on and managed projects in and around New York City, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas and Arizona.

Christopher Tarzia

Mr. Tarzia has 22 years of experience in the 3D Laser Scanning and Land Surveying industries. He is well versed in various aspects of business operations including budgets and estimates, scheduling, coordination and oversight of both field crews and office staff, client interaction as well as proficiency in field to finish operations for surveying and laser scanning projects. He has proven expertise in simple to complex registrations from several scans to several thousand and producing various types of deliverables ranging from 2D plans to 3D models. He is skilled with most surveying technology and is used to working on demanding schedules to meet deadlines. Mr. Tarzia has been involved in a variety of public and private sector work including residential, commercial, transportation infrastructure, industrial, energy and government projects and facilities throughout the US and Puerto Rico. His years of experience and quality control methods are used in constant training of field and office personnel. Throughout his career he has worked with many large firms and clients, some of which include; Amtrak, Long Island Railroad, New York City Metropolitan Transit Authority, New York City Department of Design and Construction, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, The City of New York, The United States Park Service, Turner Construction, AECOM/Tishman, Gilbane Building Company, Kiewit, CCA (China Construction America), PSEG, 34 th Street Partnership and Urban Management. Gary Bender - EVP

Mr. Bender was previously Chief Financial Officer with three privately held manufacturing and engineering companies following a successful 20+ year career with Air Products and Chemicals. At Air Products he held a number of key executive roles in finance, business development, operations and general management. Prior to Air Products, he held positions in the international unit of R J Reynolds Industries with assignments in Europe, Canada and Asia. Gary received his MBA degree from University of North Carolina and his undergraduate degree from Penn State University. He has served on a number of community zoning boards and is on the boards of two privately owned companies, the Life Sciences Council board, on curriculum advisory boards for two technical engineering schools, the Workforce Investment Board and the Board and Advisory Board of the CFO ALLIANCE.

John A. Vigna - CEO, Chairman

Mr. Vigna is a seasoned and accomplished Chief Executive with 30+ years experience having held Visionary and Leadership Positions in various Sectors including Engineering Services, Project Management, Telecommunications, Wireless and Mobile Networks, Computers, Electronics and specialty devices. He has a Broad background in Finance, Systems, IT, Product Architecture, Development, and Design, QA/QC, Manufacturing and Project Management. He has also been responsible for the Global Launch of Hardware, Software, and Networks, and a broad range of Services, Security and Controls Management. John has Operations expertise in all areas of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Process Improvement, Customer Services and Engineering and large scale Project Management. He has both the Strategic and Tactical skills to deliver results that exceed Shareholder, Investor, Board and Customer expectations. He has held Executive roles in early stage ventures, middle market (Mezzanine and LBO) firms, IPO and large Public Companies. He has the overall leadership role in guiding Garden State to the next level of growth and success. John currently sits on two technology company Board of Directors, the Advisory Board for two technical/engineering schools, and has been an adjunct professor at a number of universities lecturing on project management and systems.

Zoran Bolf - VP

Mr. Bolf has 30+ years of both national and international hands-on experience in Structural and Civil Engineering projects. He has worked and assumed responsibility in analysis, design, and preparation of drawings, specifications and proposals for a variety of projects including bridges, commercial, and residential structures. He is well versed in computer modeling and analysis using various engineering and surveying software. His expertise includes bridge rating analysis for super load crossings over existing bridge structures.
