GUIDEWAY CARE

Guideway Care was founded in 2017 by UAB, Dr. Partridge, Chief Medical Officer, and Craig Parker, Chief Executive Officer, in order to continue the program in oncology, as well as to expand it to value-based care more broadly. Today, Guideway has grown to serve more than 200 client partners and continues its work in health equity... We work with our hospital partners to decrease rehospitalizations under HRRP and improve their CAHPS scores... We work with our behavioral health partners to improve patient wellbeing, increase visit compliance, and ensure medication adherence.
