Gulf Bayport Chemicals L.P. (GBC) was formed in July, 2004 in order to acquire the production assets of the Lonza, Inc. Bayport manufacturing facility. The acquisition was completed in December, 2004 and the plant has been continually expanded to meet the demand of our current and future customers... Our mission is to produce the highest quality chemicals at the lowest cost and provide our customers with the best standard of customer service in the industry.
