HAPPINESS ON

Norma Nikutowski earned her degree in Psychology and worked with clients with depression by helping them to focus on positive experiences. Later, after earning her Master's degree in Mild to Moderate Disabilities, she assisted students with disabilities and their families to focus on their strengths to achieve their annual and long term goals... She started this blog to share her explorations and findings about how making little changes in your everyday routine will increase your enjoyment of life and feelings of fulfillment right now and in the future. It's about finding out what you can do each day to create the life you had always wanted to live... Her book, Turn Your Happiness On, is a synthesis of all the insights she has gained from studying, reading, and helping others.
