Andrea Gullion

Andrea received both her Juris Doctor of Law (2006) and Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration (2003) from the University of Alabama, where she graduated summa cum laude. Additionally, she served as a Senior Editor of the Journal of the Legal Profession. She is admitted to all Alabama state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. She is experienced in all areas of transactional law, including estate planning, residential and commercial real estate, corporate, and banking/regulatory compliance. She previously served as a Senior Compliance Advisor at one of the nation's largest federal regulatory compliance consulting firms for financial institutions and has also acted as Compliance and Community Reinvestment Act Officer and in-house counsel for a large community bank. Andrea now focuses her practice primarily on matters governed by the Probate Court. Her passion is helping her clients with estate planning and residential real estate matters, with a specialization in preparing wills, powers of attorney, trusts, deeds, and other estate planning documents. Additionally, she assists her clients with probating estates, adoptions, and obtaining guardianships/conservatorships. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, and their three children

Bethany H. Sneed

Bethany's practice is focused on the success of her clients. Her work is primarily in the area of commercial real estate, which includes acquisitions, construction, development, leasing, financing, property litigation, and sales. She is an agent for Chicago/Fidelity/Commonwealth National Title Insurance Companies and Stewart Title Insurance Company and enjoys the opportunity to work through the title on the varied projects she works on across the country. In addition to real estate matters, Mrs. Sneed serves as outside corporate counsel for companies, making "their business her business" by providing counsel, guidance, and assistance for several North Alabama-based businesses. Bethany is a proud graduate of Huntsville High School, Samford University, and Cumberland School of Law. In the community, Bethany is currently a Board Member of The Land Trust of North Alabama, sits on the local advisory council for a regional bank, and is on the Board of Trustees at her church. Bruce E. Williams

Bruce E. Williams is a Retired Circuit Judge in Madison County, Alabama, and a certified mediator registered with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution on both the trial and appellate levels. He is also a member of the Alabama Academy of Attorney Mediators. He presently serves as Counsel to Harrison & Gammons, P.C., where he was a partner before moving to the judiciary in 1995. Among the positions he held during his 16-year tenure on the Madison County Circuit Court bench were those of the Presiding Circuit Judge and Chairman of the Madison County Judicial Commission. Judge Williams presided over literally thousands of cases, including civil, domestic relations, and criminal. He is a former Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and through the years has lectured at numerous legal education courses and seminars. Bruce is a graduate of Auburn University and received his J. D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He has been licensed to practice law in Alabama since 1974 and, prior to moving to the bench, represented clients in civil and domestic relations litigation for more than 20 years. Paul joined Harrison & Gammons, P.C. in 2013. Prior to joining the law firm Paul worked for a local law firm representing national and local business entities engaged in complex litigation matters, including non-compete agreements, business disputes, antitrust, real property redemption, and real property ejectment. Immediately following law school Paul hung his shingle opening a small law practice in Huntsville. In recent years, Paul has narrowed his practice to "dirt and divorces". Paul represents individuals engaged in domestic ligation, including, divorce, custody, alimony, child support, and other domestic legal issues. Additionally, Paul represents several real estate investors at the closing table or in the courtroom, assisting with civil litigation, title litigation, title insurance underwriting, or escrow services. In addition to working at the trial court level, Paul has represented clients before both the Alabama Supreme Court and Alabama Court of Civil Appeals on a variety of appellate matters. Matthew R. Harrison

Harrison began the practice of law in 2009, after receiving his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law in 2009. He earned his undergraduate degree from Samford University where he served as President of the Student Government Association and was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa. Robert C. Gammons

Bob Gammons has practiced with HG and its predecessor firm since 1995. He is head of the firm's litigation practice, overseeing and representing the firm's clients in litigation matters in a number of areas, including defense of mortgage lenders and commercial banks, business torts, plaintiffs' personal injury and workers compensation claims, construction litigation and contract litigation arising out of many and diverse commercial transactions. Many of the litigation matters handled involve real estate and disputes arising out of the purchase and sale of real estate. Bob practices in state and federal courts throughout the State of Alabama. Bob has been a certified mediator since 1995. He has been a member of the Alabama Academy of Attorney Mediators since 1997. Bob has conducted mediations in a wide variety of civil lawsuits, including automobile accidents, contract actions, will contests, real estate controversies, construction claims, insurance disputes and corporate matters. He has been trained to handle civil mediations before trial and in cases that are pending appeal. Bob is a member of the Huntsville Madison County Bar Association and was President of this Association in 1998 - 1999. Bob has been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts since 1974 and in Alabama since 1977. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar and served as a Commissioner of the Alabama State Bar from 2002 to 2005. Sayuri Beltran

Sayuri is the newest addition to Harrison & Gammons, joining the firm in 2023. Sayuri is a native Texan. She attended The University of Texas (Hook ‘em) and earned her undergraduate degree in Education. Thereafter, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Grenada as a teacher trainer. Afterwards she attended Southern Methodist University for her law degree. Sayuri practiced in Dallas for 10 years mostly in complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters in state and federal courts, representing financial institutions, transportation companies, and food industry corporations. She returned to public service in 2006 and served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dallas. One of her personal points of pride was being recognized as the 2002 "Attorney of the Year" by the Dallas Bar Association for her service to the community performing pro bono work. More recently, after moving to Alabama, she practiced in the area of family law and has transitioned to handling matters involving real estate. Sayuri is driven to help clients navigate through the legal process and to make sound decisions in securing the best possible outcome for their situation. Her clients include those who value a constructive and thoughtful approach to finding solutions.
