Clark Seiling - CFO, Chief Strategy Officer

Clark Seiling leads all financial functions in addition to all strategic efforts around fundraising, M&A, investor relations, etc. Clark also uses his background in corporate law to serve as the company's general counsel. Prior to joining HDS, Clark spent 10+ years in Private Equity, Corporate M&A, and Venture Capital. Most recently, he formed and built the corporate venture capital function within Cardinal Health, a leading Fortune 20 healthcare company, where he led a number of investments into companies and VC funds. Prior to that, Clark spent several years as a leader on the Corporate Development team at Cardinal Health, completing a wide range of acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and investments. Before Cardinal Health, Clark began his career working on complex private equity investments at the Townsend Group, a global leader in real estate private equity. Clark graduated magna cum laude and with honors from Ohio State, with a BS in Economics and a BA in Philosophy, where he was selected for Phi Beta Kappa, before he completed his JD and MBA at Ohio State as well.

Dee Sarbok co-founded HealthPlan Data Solutions in 2009 focusing on pharmacy claims analytics with the goal of increasing transparency, accuracy, and maximizing financial value. In addition, Dee is an entrepreneur in real estate and focuses his efforts on philanthropic endeavors that aim to break the poverty cycle in Central America through social income housing and education. Dee is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business, and has a master's degree from Cornell University.

Gary Rutherford is a registered pharmacist who practiced in clinical and managerial roles with over 30 years in hospital, chain, and independent pharmacy practice. He is certified in five pharmacy practice areas. Has been the recipient of multiple awards and recognitions including, the OPA Beal Award, The Key Award, OSU Preceptor of the Year, and other leadership recognition awards. Gary has served as an adjunct faculty member at Ohio Northern University, The Ohio State University, and Cedarville University schools of pharmacy over the last 30⁺ years. Gary is a graduate of Ohio Northern University School of Pharmacy.

John-Michael Loke, Chief Revenue Officer of HDS, leads the sales and marketing team and is responsible for the company's revenue-generation strategy and execution as well as the go-to-market approach. John-Michael is a sales, account management and marketing executive with 30+ years of experience building and leading sales and marketing teams primarily focused on healthcare cost containment technology. Prior to joining HDS, Loke was President of R&D Solutions Group, a Healthcare Consulting company where he successfully built new client revenue streams for payment integrity organizations through growth in their large healthcare payer segments.
Since graduating from the University of North Carolina with a degree in political science, John-Michael has also worked in leadership roles of increased responsibility at Echo Health, Connolly Healthcare, and Pitney Bowes, while also serving as an Aviation Officer in the US Army.

Michael Blevins is a 28-year IT professional. Mr. Blevins developed a skill set in functional ERP, software development, and database management, focusing in the area of application performance. Mr. Blevins joined HDS in 2010 and is the chief architect of the HDS prescription analysis software system. His specialties are system design, performance, and scalability for large databases. Mr. Blevins is a graduate of the University of Southern Florida with a computer engineering degree.

Ron Hamm - COO, President

Ron Hamm is a Health Care Executive with over 35 years of Business and Clinical expertise in the Pharmaceutical, Clinical, Pharmacy and HealthPlan arena. Ron has led and participated in the creation of value and wealth in various companies ranging from start-ups to fortune 100 companies. Ron has built many different departments ranging from sales, marketing, medical affairs, and operations. Most recently Ron has transitioned from Centene Pharmacy Services as a senior executive after spending 7 plus years on the Specialty Pharmacy and PBM business units of this group. Ron has worked for several fortune 100 pharmaceutical companies including the participation in the development, growth, and divestment of Three Rivers Pharmaceuticals to Kadmon now a Sanofi company. Ron graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Business and maintains several active licenses as a Registered Nurse.
