Debbie is a Licensed Strata Managing Agent and is a well-known name in the Illawarra strata industry. She joined our team in 2020 and brings with her over 15 years experience in strata management. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing small and large schemes, residential, commercial and mixed use schemes. Debbie has built great relationship with her clients and provides exceptional customer service.
Gerry has extensive experience in the property industry and comes to us from the Property Management industry. She is a breath of fresh air in the office with her British banter and colourful sayings that keep us all guessing. Gerry's customer service is exceptional and she does an amazing job at assisting the clients and the staff alike.
Helen is a Licensed Strata Managing Agent who joined the team in October 2021. She has been in the strata sector for over 10 years now and has a great reputation for exceptional customer service and professionalism. Helen loves what she does, and it really shows through her dedication and enthusiasm.
Luanne has a wealth of knowledge and experience over a 20 year career in the property industry. Luanne is a Licensed Strata Managing Agent and has worked for some of the large strata companies in Wollongong over the last ten years. Luanne currently assists our strata managers with their portfolios.
Priscilla is our Managing Director and Licensee-in-Charge, she has an extensive 23 year background in the property industry. Priscilla has always had a passion for property and people. She is a licensed Real Estate and Strata Managing Agent and has been a prominent name in the strata industry in the Illawarra for the past 14 years. Priscilla has worked for large corporate companies in the past and always felt that something was missing, the personal relationship with clients, and the flexibility to cater to the clients. It is because of this that she decided to do it her way and branch out on her own… and she has never looked back. Priscilla strongly believes in delivering exceptional customer service.
Rebecca joined the team in September 2022 and comes to us with an extensive 20 year career in Property Management. Rebecca has taken to strata like a duck to water, and has made a great impression on her clients. She is efficient, responsive and learning very quickly.
Shane is a co-owner of Hill Strata Solutions. Born and raised in the Shellharbour area, Shane served in the Royal Australian Navy for seventeen years as a fully qualified Avionics technician. Shane has been on some big trips on the recently retired ship HMAS Melbourne having travelled to Hawaii, China, Japan, Korea, Guam, Fiji and Tonga serving our country. Shane is a licensed Strata Managing Agent. He retired from the armed forces in 2020 and now manages our Accounts and HR Departments.
Trina is a Licensed Strata Managing Agent who joined the team in March 2023. Trina has been in the strata industry for approx. 4 years and enjoys the day to day challenges of managing a portfolio. She is enthusiastic and eager to provide excellent service to her clients.
