He is also a real estate broker in Minnesota and represents both buyers and sellers.

He has extensive knowledge of lake property in the area and owns property on three popular local lakes, Island, Pike and Lake Superior. He enjoys the challenge of lake property appraisal and helping clients with their lake property transactions.

Joe is a licensed appraiser in Minnesota and has over 5 years of experience in the appraisal of single and multi-family residential property. He is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College. Joe and his wife Hannah own and live in a duplex in East Duluth with their Boston Terrier, Bruce Wayne, who is a frequent visitor to the office.
