Anton Piotroski heads the appellate practice at Hammill, O'Brien, Croutier, Dempsey, Pender & Koehler. He was admitted to both the New York and Florida Bars in 1980. Anton received his bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1970 and his Jurist Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law in 1979. His professional affiliations include the New York State, Florida and Nassau County Bar Associations.

Michael J. Pender

Michael J. Pender was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1981. He is a graduate of Iona College and St. John's University School of Law. Michael is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations, and was former President of the St. John's Law School Alumni Association. He lectures extensively at seminars sponsored by these associations on topics ranging from automobile liability, premises liability, and insurance related matters.

Patricia A. Donohoe

Paul D. Lawless

Paul D. Lawless joined the firm in 2008 as the Queens County Team Leader and became a member of the firm in 2017. Paul handles all phases of litigation from inception to trial. He has taken numerous verdicts on both liability and damages in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian knockdowns, residential and commercial premises liability, slips/trips and falls, sidewalk/roadway defects, and construction site accidents. Paul has also represented clients at arbitrations, mediations and hearings on matters relating to Supplemental Underinsured Motorist Coverage and Uninsured Motorist Coverage. Outside the firm, Paul serves as the Village Justice for the Village of South Floral Park, New York. His professional affiliations include the New York State, Nassau and Queens Bar Associations, Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association and St. John's University School of Law Alumni Association. He lectures at the Queens Bar Association on various aspects of Trial litigation.

Rebecca J. Moulton

Rebecca J. Moulton defends prominent corporations in a broad range of general liability claims, including property damage, construction, Labor Law, premises liability, contractual disputes, no-fault, products liability, and pharmacy malpractice. She has in-depth experience conducting and defending depositions, engaging in settlement negotiations, preparing motions, participating in mediations, and managing cases from inception through trial. While at Hofstra University School of Law, Rebecca was the Managing Editor of Articles for the Family Court Review. She is also a published author of the article entitled Who's Your Daddy?: The Inherent Unfairness of the Marital Presumption for Children of Unmarried Parents, Family Court Review, October 2009. Rebecca was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2011 and in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2012 Rebecca attended Hofstra University School of Law ( J.D., 2010) and the College of the Holy Cross (B.A., 2007).

Richard C. Koehler

Richard C. Koehler joined the firm in 1994. He has extensive trial experience litigating premises, automobile, labor law, products and general liability cases. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a minor in Business. He received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1991. Richard is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Richard is a former School Board Trustee for the Lindenhurst School District and a former Board Member of the Lindenhurst Junior Squires Soccer League. He is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Defense Association of New York.
