Home for Good, A program of United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley, functions as the bridge amongst service providers, as well as between services providers and clients. Home for Good assures the efficient and effective use of a collaborative system to move individuals or families from homelessness to permanent, stable housing... Home For Good was charged with implementing the City's Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness. The ten year plan contains seven strategic initiatives for establishing long-term, sustainable solutions for reducing and ending homelessness. Our goal is to make homelessness rare, brief, and a one-time occurrence.
