HSI FUND

The HSI Fund is a fully discretionary private equity fund that will leverage capital raised for the acquisition and/or development of core hotel properties that fit the funds investment criteria. The funds core focus will be on institutional grade assets within central business districts, resorts, mixed use complexes, and life style centers with a direct focus on area's with high barriers to entry. The primary objective of this fund will be to acquire assets that have strong fundamentals and brand recognition thatare poised for strong revenue growth coming out of the global recession, thus leading to strong asset valuation and favorable returns on equity.
