Chris Winterhalter is the CEO and co-founder of Hotel Rehabs, LLC, a national hotel renovation contractor based in Chicago.
Since 2010, Chris has completed dozens of major branded hotel projects across the country, from New York to San Diego. As CEO, Chris simultaneously manages the business' present operations and its future growth.
Chris' current enterprise draws on his previous insights as an investor in distressed housing. He co-founded Sustainable Ventures, LLC in 2009. Today, the company owns 120 apartment units and has bought and sold dozens of residential properties.
Given this experience as a fellow owner, Chris keenly empathizes with his hotel clients, and he easily intuits the best choices for their bottom lines.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati majoring in Operations Management with focuses on both Entrepreneurship and Spanish. He is based in Chicago, IL, allowing him to travel easily to projects nationwide. He is an avid traveler of Latin America and fluent in Spanish.

Guy is a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction both in the development and redevelopment space.
As President of Construction, he ensures all aspects of the project are executed to client satisfaction, employing all best practices on every project.
Guy has been involved in 50 hotel projects consisting of over 5000 guestrooms and the new construction of over 1,100 single family homes.
Guy is an avid outdoorsman with family roots in Wyoming. When he isn't running a construction company or investing in real estate, he's spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
Guy carries a California Contractors License, OSHA 30 Hour Construction Certification, EPA Lead Renovators Certification and is a Building Analyst Professional from (BPI, Inc.).
