Alyssa Endicott supports the Investor Relations team by coordinating fund offering materials, investor correspondence, and logistical planning. Additional responsibilities include execution of the firm's compliance program and growing the team through recruitment of new talent.

Ben is the Head of Opportunistic Funds at Humphreys and a member of the Investment Committee for Funds II, III, and IV. He joined the firm in 2015.
His aptitude for investor relations grew naturally from chapters of his career where he directed the investment processes of the University of Oklahoma Foundation and The Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma. At OU, Ben formed the foundation's first investment team, established investment processes to manage $1.5 billion in assets, and built its portfolio into a top-decile ranked endowment.
Ben serves on the board of trustees for Oklahoma Baptist University, the board of directors of Reaching Souls International, the MBA Board of Advisors for the Michael F. Price College of Business at OU, and as an elder and teacher at his church.
Ben earned an MBA with an emphasis in finance from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 and a BBA in Finance from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1999.
He and his wife, Jeannie, have three children and reside in Newcastle, Oklahoma. He also serves as an elder and teacher at his church.

Blair is a member of the Humphreys Capital Board of Directors and serves on the Investment Committee of each fund. He contributes almost two decades of experience in real estate investing and development, including the Wheeler District, an infill urban neighborhood on the Oklahoma River near downtown Oklahoma City.
He is the founder and past chair of the Oklahoma District Council of the Urban Land Institute and formerly served as the Executive Director of the Institute for Quality Communities at The University of Oklahoma.
Blair earned a Master of City Planning and Urban Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2009 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from The University of Oklahoma in 2005.
He and his wife, Maggie, have four children and live in Oklahoma City.

Braden is the Head of Humphreys Real Estate Income Fund (HREIF), a member of the fund's Investment Committee, and leads operations and compliance for Humphreys Capital. He joined the firm in 2017 after building experience with Boston Consulting Group and Google, and he currently serves on the Rising Leaders Council for the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA).
Braden is a 7-year combat veteran who began his career as a reconnaissance officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and at sea with the U.S. Fifth Fleet.
Braden earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Petroleum Economics and Management from the French Institute of Petroleum in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the United States Naval Academy in 2006.
He and his wife, Alissa, have four children and reside in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Cassidy provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, including strategic projects, financial reporting, and administrative responsibilities. She joined the firm in 2021
She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2021.
Cassidy and her husband, Ty, reside in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Chase leads the firm's finance and accounting team in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, forecasting, asset valuation, and treasury. He coordinates with third-party providers, including lending, tax, audit, fund administration, and valuation services. He joined the firm in 2021 after leading accounting teams in private equity-backed companies. He began his career in the audit practice of KPMG.
Chase earned a Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma in 2014 and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics and Political Science from Wheaton College in 2013. He has maintained active status as a Certified Public Accountant in Oklahoma since 2016.
He and his wife, Katie, reside in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Chris oversees portfolio management and valuation for Humphreys Capital and is a CFA charterholder. He joined the firm in 2016 after establishing a foundation of relevant experience in commercial banking and finance.
Early in his career at MidFirst Bank, Chris was personally responsible for a $500 million commercial real estate loan portfolio backed by diverse properties across multiple markets. Chris later served as a member of the executive management team of EnerQuest Oil & Gas, where he oversaw company financials, business development, leasing, contract negotiation, and surface and land activities.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Oklahoma in 2001.
Creed builds and maintains relationships with the investors of Humphreys Real Estate Income Fund (HREIF). He joined the firm in 2022 after gaining experience in sales and as an outdoor instructor with the Impact 360 institute.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Mississippi College in 2019.
He and his wife, Faith, reside in Tulsa.
Drew builds and maintains relationships with the qualified and institutional investors in Humphreys opportunistic real estate funds. He joined the firm in 2023 after decades of experience communicating asset management strategy to endowments, foundations, corporate pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, consultants, fund-of-funds, and ultra-high-net-worth families.
Before joining Humphreys Capital, Drew was SVP of Capital Markets at StoryBuilt, a Managing Director at Alatus Capital USA, Director of Marketing at Brightline Capital Management, and Vice President of Client Service & Marketing at Axiom Investors. His earlier experiences include Director of Consultant Relations for Fred Alger Management and Institutional Marketing Manager with Ark Asset Management.
Drew earned an MBA from the University of Connecticut with Distinction and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics from Boston College magna cum laude.
He and his wife, Angela, have two children, and reside in Weston, Connecticut.

Easton is a real estate analyst and underwriter responsible for supporting recommendations to the Investment Committee. He joined the firm in 2023 after beginning his career as a development analyst at PMB Capital Investments in Dallas, TX.
Easton earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 2022.
He resides in Oklahoma City.
Elle manages systems for Humphreys Capital, including data, dashboards, investor reporting, and overall fund administration. As the Information Security Officer, she ensures the integrity of digital archives and safeguards the cybersecurity of our investors. She joined the firm in 2020. Elle earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 2016. Elle, her husband, Billy, and their son live in Oklahoma City.

Emily Whitley provides administrative support to the President, including strategic projects, financial reporting, and administrative responsibilities. She joined the firm in 2022.
She has nearly a decade of experience in financial services, nonprofit organizations, and community involvement. In prior roles she held licenses for real estate as well as life and health insurance.
Emily and her husband, Bryan, live in Edmond, Oklahoma, with their two kids.

Grant is a member of the Humphreys Capital Board of Directors and serves on the Investment Committee of each fund. He contributes decades of experience in real estate development and investments, which includes Carlton Landing, a DPZ-designed lakefront municipality founded by Grant in 2010. He is the past President of the National Town Builders Association, and alongside his wife, Jen, Grant founded Carlton Landing Academy, the first rural charter school in Oklahoma.
After beginning his career with Trammell Crow Company, he spent the 2000's assembling the largest self-storage portfolio in the state. During this time, he also developed luxury, LEED-certified condominiums in downtown Oklahoma City.
Grant earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Baylor University in 1998. In 2021, he earned his MBA with TRIUM, a global executive program from three elite business schools: NYU Stern, HEC Paris, and The London School of Economics.
Grant is an instrument-rated pilot who enjoys traveling and time in the outdoors. He and Jen have five children and live in Oklahoma City.
Jake supports institutional investor due diligence and prepares proposals for Humphreys Capital's opportunistic funds. He joined the firm in 2023.
Jake began his career as an Audit Associate at HoganTaylor after earning Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Accounting from the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University in 2017. He followed his time in public accounting with roles at GiANT Worldwide and Crossings Community Church, where he served as Director of Digital Discipleship and Video Operations.
Jake resides in The Village with his wife, Allyson, and their dog, Karsten.
James provides portfolio analysis and asset valuation in addition to contributing macroeconomic research. He joined the firm in 2021.
Jonathon manages strategic communication within the firm and with our investors, and he helps reach new audiences with the Humphreys Capital story across a variety of mediums, including digital and social media. He joined the firm in 2022 after a role as the senior art director for a lifestyle brand in Dallas, TX.
Jonathon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising with a General Business minor from the University of Oklahoma in 2020.

Joshua builds and maintains relationships with the investors of Humphreys Real Estate Income Fund (HREIF). He joined the firm in 2019 after building experience in wealth management at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and as the Communications Director at Kimray, where he was recognized by the Journal Record as an "Achiever Under 40".
Joshua is committed to community development, serving on the boards of Allied Arts, Oklahoma Venture Forum, Oklahoma Contemporary, and the Crossings Clinic.
Joshua earned an MBA from Oklahoma City University and a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University.
He resides in Oklahoma City with his wife, Marni, and their three children.
Justin builds and maintains relationships with real estate development and operating partners to source new investment opportunities and manage fund assets. He joined the firm in 2019 after financial and investor relations roles in both publicly traded and private equity-backed energy companies.
Justin serves on the board of directors of the American Red Cross of Oklahoma and the Alumni Board of the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University.
Justin received his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Oklahoma in 2015 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Oklahoma State University in 2006.
Kathy Mann assists with financial statement preparation, the audit process, and managing the firm's accounts.
Kathy brings with her more than 25 years of public accounting experience. She began her career as a Sole Proprietor assisting clients with financial statements and payroll services. After ten years, she joined a local CPA Firm where she continued as a staff accountant, compiling financial statements and supporting tax return preparation. She joined the Humphreys Capital team in 2019.
In 1998, Kathy earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Nazarene University. She and her family reside in Mustang.

After decades of managing real estate partnerships, in 2012 Kirk launched the investment platform that would become Humphreys Capital. He led the firm as CEO until 2020, when he assumed the role of Executive Chairman, where he mentors the firm's leadership and chairs the Investment Committee of each fund. He contributes almost 50 years of experience in real estate acquisition, syndication, financing, ownership, and disposition.
Kirk was twice elected Mayor of the City of Oklahoma City, serving from 1998 through 2003. Kirk is a former director of OGE Energy Corp., a former member of the Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma, and a former Trustee of the Urban Land Institute. From 1972 to 1989, Kirk and his brothers owned and operated Jack's Service Company, a national distribution business.
Kirk earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Oklahoma in 1972.
He and his wife, Danna, have been married for 50 years and live in Oklahoma City and Carlton Landing. They have 3 children and 15 grandchildren.

Maggie Foster supports the Investor Relations team by coordinating fund offering materials and investor correspondence, among other responsibilities. She joined the firm in 2020 after gaining experience as a client services manager at Oath Law.
Maggie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Oklahoma in 2016.
She and her husband, Zane, live in Oklahoma City.
Michael focuses on database management to ensure the usefulness and integrity of information relating to investments and investors. He joined the firm in 2022 after working with a commercial real estate firm in Kansas City.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics at the University of Kansas in 2020.
Nathan oversees treasury functions and the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for the firm and its managed funds in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. He joined the firm in 2023 after six years in the assurance practice of Ernst and Young, working with a diverse range of clients in the energy, healthcare, and financial services sectors.
Nathan's earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 2017. He has maintained active status as a Certified Public Accountant in Oklahoma since 2018.

Nicholas is a real estate analyst and underwriter responsible for supporting recommendations to the Investment Committee. He joined the firm in 2020 after an early career as an analyst for a search fund and an engineer with Texas Instruments.
Nicholas earned a Master of Business Administration from Rice University in 2020 and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M in 2015.
Nicholas and his wife, Lexy, live in Oklahoma City.
Ohm keeps the firm leaning into the latest technology developments, incorporating artificial intelligence into the design and implementation of models, algorithms, and automation that augment investment and portfolio analysis. He joined the firm in 2023 after building experience as a senior reservoir engineer at ExxonMobil and Cimarex Energy, where he worked on cross-functional teams of engineers and geoscientists to optimize reservoir performance, recovery, and investment economics using data-driven techniques. He earned an MBA from the University of Oklahoma in 2012 and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering (Honors) from the University of Tulsa in 2017. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology in 2011. He and his wife Himali reside in Oklahoma City.
Pryor Thomas provides portfolio analysis and asset valuation in addition to contributing macroeconomic research. He joined the firm in 2023.
Pryor earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University in 2023.
He and his fiancée, Aubrey, reside in Norman.
Rachel provides administrative support to the Portfolio Management and Investments teams, including correspondence with project sponsors, logistical planning, and coordination of project funding. She joined the firm in 2022.
Rachel graduated with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication in 2021.

Todd is the Head of Real Estate Investing at Humphreys Capital and a member of the Investment Committee of each fund. He joined the firm in 2013 and contributes two decades of experience that have uniquely equipped him to be a real estate investor.
After law school, Todd began his career in commercial real estate brokerage at Price Edwards & Company, and then became the Assistant Vice President at MidFirst Bank. He later served as Director of Real Estate for Devon Energy, where he managed over 2 million square feet of real estate and assisted in the development of Devon's one million-square-foot headquarters building in Oklahoma City.
Todd currently serves on the Governance Committee of the Oklahoma District Council of the Urban Land Institute and on the Small-Scale Development Council for ULI.
Todd earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Oklahoma in 1999.
