Communication is rapidly changing and Families appreciate correspondence by text message. iAftercare is an automated system that sends caring text messages to families you have served after the services are complete. These text messages are sent throughout the year. The first one is sent out about a week after the services, making contact with the family ensuring that you have not forgotten about them. If you choose, another text can be sent out a few weeks after the service expressing your gratitude for the family placing confidence in you and asking them to take a customer satisfaction survey. Upon completion of the survey, if they gave favorable feed back, they will be asked if they would share their positive experience on social media review sites, with links to Google Maps, Facebook, Yelp and other review sites that at need families are referring to when they are choosing a firm to work with.
