For more than two decades, attorney Chuck Hamilton has stood shoulder-to-shoulder with injured workers, accident victims, and their families. His passion for helping others started as a young boy growing up in Gwinnet County, Georgia and has extended into a career of leadership positions, exceptional results for clients, and recognition for excellence in the practice of law.
However, it's the impact Chuck can make on the lives of his clients and their families that motivates him to be the best lawyer he can be.

Chuck holds a 10/10 rating from Avvo, has been named to the National Association of Distinguished Counsel's list of "Top 1%" since 2015, and is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a distinction that signifies preeminence in the field of law as determined by other attorneys in the state. He routinely contributes to the practice of workers' compensation and injury law by speaking to industry professionals at conferences and continuing legal education programs, and served as the Chair of the Atlanta Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section.
Prior to entering private practice, Chuck received his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Georgia before earning his juris doctorate from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law.

Fred earned his juris doctorate cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law, where he was president of his graduating class, and his bachelor's degree in business and economics from West Virginia Wesleyan College. He is a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia and Atlanta Bar Association and supports community organizations such as Boy Scouts of America, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, MUST Ministries, and 7 Bridges to Recovery.
Fred and his family live in Smyrna, Georgia, where they are active in their church and enjoy volunteering in community outreach efforts, hiking, camping, concerts, and music festivals.

A native Atlantan, Hal received his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia before earning his juris doctorate from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Sandy Springs Bar Association since 2005 and was an active member of the State Bar of Georgia Workers' Compensation Section and Litigation Sections.
When not practicing law, Hal enjoyed volunteering with several community organizations, including Habitat for Humanity. Mt. Bethel Church, and Heritage Sandy Springs. He is survived by his wife Pat and step-daughter Whitney.
