Integrative Movement Strategies, LLC is a business entity designed by a physical therapist of nearly 28 years and certified personal trainer to provide movement services to humans... Our brain is our primary organ which allows us to survive. It receives constant information and signals from all of our many systems and processes this information to help us navigate, respond/react and live. The information received is from our skin, joints, eyes, ears, nose etc. Our brain benefits from clear and accurate signals coming in. Information is processed and the brain creates an output, or movement/response. The better our senses are to receive this information, the more efficient we move. We compensate less. We feel less threat.
