Francois started his career in Manufacturing industry and then got involved in Software Project implementation and data migration. Loving the challenges the IT industry brings, he then went on to study database programming. Francois now has over 18 years experience in the IT industry, and has been working as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for the last 8 years and leads the team for development. His particular skill is understanding data relationships
The outdoors, mixed with family, fun and adventure is what Francois loves. Grabbing his wife and two boys for camping, mountain biking and kayaking is at the top of his list.
Gwen graduated with a BSc Accountancy in 2003 from Leyte College in Ormoc, Leyte , and worked with a number of companies over the 12 years before she started working for Jet Convert in the account fixing team. Kathy started her career in a regional bank as a developer, back in the days when Cobol was king, and during her initial career helped in call centres, implementing telephone banking, and data conversion and financial systems first as a programmer then as a project manager. She has returned to the workforce and is one of those few people who can follow data from one system, through SQL databases and into the new systems. She adds training and support to her role.
