Brittany Adams has been with KinderKids Learning Center for over two years. Brittany is adored by all of our students and families, and she is highly regarded among her peers as creative, joyful, and taking on new challenges with a smile. Through her hard work and dedication, Brittany has progressed from Assistant Teacher/Floater to Curriculum Coordinator. Her role as curriculum coordinator gives her the unique to work one-on-one with teachers to define areas of growth and develop strategies to over challenges faced in the classroom, a proven recipe for success and staff retention.

With years of experience managing a local Children's Gym, Courtney Smith brings a strong managerial background to the KinderKids Belforest location. Courtney is incredibly driven, organized, and has a natural talent for supporting and empowering her staff to achieve their highest level of success. Courtney's extensive customer service background ensures a strong relationship with families and a strong desire to uphold the KinderKids Learning Center mission, vision, and values.
Johnnie Frost is the President of KinderKids Learning Center, Inc. and is responsible for the oversight of all programs. Johnnie holds a Master of Elementary Education from the University of South Alabama and has several years of early childhood and elementary classroom teaching experience. Her classroom experience coupled with an extensive business background gives the program unique insight into balancing the

Lindsay Ryan serves as our Assistant Director at KinderKids Learning Center County Road 64 Campus. By far, Lindsay's greatest strength is understanding her team. As a former classroom teacher for over 10 years, Lindsay has unique insight into classroom operations, curriculum implementation, health and safety, and building collaborative partnerships with families. Having experienced these things firsthand, Lindsay is an incredible mentor to her team and can provide them proven strategies for success. She is compassionate and caring, fun-loving, and well-loved among the staff and families at KinderKids Learning Center.
Mike Frost is the Vice President of KinderKids Learning Center, Inc. His responsibilities include facilities management for all locations including, but not limited to regular maintenance, renovations, and more. Mike is works directly with Johnnie in managing the businesses finances, program implementation, and program planning.

Rachael Watkins recently relocated to the Baldwin County area. She brings with her many years of management, sales, and marketing experience as well as classroom teaching experience as a former preschool teacher. Rachael is creative, positive and encouraging, and believes that collaboration and empowerment are great indicators in the success of her team. She has an extensive background in customer service and relationship management that allow her to build strong relationships with both families and staff. Rachael sees and understands the vision and mission of KinderKids Learning Center and is committed to building a strong, thriving community of learners at our Daphne Campus.
Tiffany Davis serves as the Program Director at KinderKids Learning Center. She has many years of child care experience as a classroom teacher, along with several years of experience in a managerial role. Tiffany is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations across the facilities and manages a team of assistant directors. Tiffany serves as the enrollment specialist across the brand along with ensuring day-to-day program compliance. Additionally, she is responsible for STARS Quality Rating Implementation and Compliance across the organization.
