Brian Ritchie

Brian Ritchie is an energetic and perceptive presenter, with over 30 years of experience in leadership development. Brian's training experience spans many different audiences. Through his facilitation of state and regional conferences, providing conflict mediation for student and professional groups, and his presentation of keynote speeches at conventions, Brian excels in providing audiences with insights into teambuilding, communication, and organizational development. Brian holds a B.S. in Journalism and Public Relations, as well as an M.A. in Organizational Communications, from Bowling Green State University. He currently serves as a Senior Third Party Apps Leader at Union Home Mortgage, and is a regular contributor to several leadership and technical training curriculums. Throughout his life, Brian has held community service as a core value. He is the president of the Wooster Little League program, has been a board member for Ronald McDonald House Charities, has served in local, regional, and national roles with Kiwanis International.

Craig Crawford

Craig is superintendent of schools in Stanford, Montana. He has 21 years of experience as an educator. He owned his own Domino's Pizza Franchise in a previous life. Craig has served as president of his local Kiwanis Club. He has served as president of the local Salvation Army Board of Directors and also served as President of the Montana Association of Elementary and Middle School Principals. For the past eight years, he has been Santa Claus for local schools and children's shelters. He owns a leadership consulting company, Focused Consulting (www.focusedconsulting.biz) and does keynote speaking and leadership training for schools and corporations. He has done a TEDTalk about bullying. He was born in New Jersey (youngest of six) and has lived in Tennessee, Texas, and Georgia before getting to his heart's home, Montana. Craig has lived in Montana for eleven years and can't imagine living anywhere else. He is building his retirement cabin in the mountains in his spare time. He loves hiking, camping, backpacking, fishing, and playing golf. He keeps his iPod full of music (mostly 80's and Tay Tay), is a warehouse of obscure movie lines, and enjoys laughing. Each March he temporarily loses his mind for the NCAA basketball tournament. Craig has two amazing kids who are young adults and the best accomplishment of his life. He has a dog, named "Montana" (yep, he loves it that much!)

Dr. Josh Hiscock

Affectionally known by his students as "J-Hizzy," Dr. Josh Hiscock has a love for everything pop culture - a common, relatable theme that is woven into the work he does when speaking with students about the transformational power of leadership and social change. Josh has been a Lead Facilitator with Key Leader since 2008. He is a lover of music, movies, and all things FUN! Josh has worked in higher education since 2003. He is currently the Executive Director of Annual Giving & Alumni Relations for the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, part of the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Much of his career has focused on the leadership development of students. Josh previously taught undergraduate courses, including Leadership in Groups and Organizations and Leadership in the Workplace, at the University of Maryland. Josh has a substantial background within the Kiwanis family. As a Key Club member for all four years of high school, he served as both Lieutenant Governor (two terms) and Governor of the New England & Bermuda District. Currently, Josh is a proud member and past president of the Kiwanis Club of Ellicott City (MD) in the Capital District where he serves on the Key Club Adult Committee as an Assistant District Administrator and Zone Administrator. Josh also serves as a Kiwanis Regional Trustee (2020-2023). He is a past Lt. Governor and District Youth Protection Manager. From 2019-2021, Josh chaired the Kiwanis International Visionary Leadership Team that was responsible for the creation of the Kiwanis Amplify leadership development program. In 2020, Josh built and opened the Kiwanis Club of Capital - Next Generation e-Club, a virtual Kiwanis club comprised primarily of former Key Club members, CKI members, and Key Leader graduates. Josh believes in the importance of service leadership, inclusion, and ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to serve in the Kiwanis family. A first-generation college student who believes in the power of education, Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from the George Washington University and both a Master of Arts degree in Counseling & Personnel Services and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs & International Education Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Dr. Kim R. Ramsey-White

Dr. Kim R. Ramsey-White teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in the School of Public Health at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Ga. Her research interest includes education reform initiatives, health disparities, social capital, and aging in minority men. She currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the School of Public Health. In her role as the Assistant Dean for DEI she has primary oversight for the development and day to day operations diversity initiatives. In addition to her role as an Assistant Dean, she is excited to educate and train the next generation of public health professionals to confront and reduce public health issues, including health disparities, in our country and abroad.
