Adam Lombardo - President

Adam brings over 17 years of national event experience (all with PWE) in the areas of professional development and logistical planning as well as entertainment production. His diverse experience provides a discerning eye while packaging a project and precise and focused detail management when on site delivering a program. Under his creative leadership, the company is retained by national organizations, whose primary event usually involves multiple happenings, often in several cities, requiring contract negotiations, city services coordination, site logistics, crowd control, security and complete entertainment production. Adam has served as Project Lead for The Prentice Women's Hospital Campaign, The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library, Chicago Gourmet, Ferraris On Oak, The Illinois Governor's Conference on Tourism & The 1060 Project for The Chicago Cubs. In 2015, Adam was named President after completing successful campaigns with NetApp/CDW, Peak6 and The Chicago Cubs, where he handled all phases of event production and management. Since becoming President, Adam has spearheaded a new division of PWE that includes incentive travel trips for our clients, creating custom websites, scouting locations/venues, booking air, hotel and ground transportation as well as handling all A/V and food & beverage for the custom location events and meetings.

Genna Armbrust

Genna has been with PWE for three years and is entrenched in all phases of event production from thorough research to overall management and on site logistics. She continues to work directly with the CEO of PWE on multi-day, multi-city projects throughout the year as well as assisting with new business developments, creative planning and marketing materials for the PWE brand. She also manages the content creation, organization and design of the company website. Genna works directly with PWE's preferred partners constantly researching new, innovative vendors, concepts and ideas. She is instrumental in the nuts and bolts of an event, from pre-event logistics to on site load in and entertainment production. Some of the most recent projects that Genna has been instrumental in the success of are campaigns/events for NetApp/CDW, Mercer, Hickory Street Capital/Chicago Cubs and Google.

Jodi Wolf - CEO

Attending events from a young age and learning from the very best in the business, my mother, has allowed me to forge my own path and take Paulette Wolf Events to the next level." As CEO of Paulette Wolf Events, Jodi manages multidimensional projects utilizing her education, expertise and experience. From ideation to meticulous planning and flawless execution, Jodi leads a cohesive team that involves multiple happenings nationwide. Through her 22 years with PWE, Jodi's specialty is ground breakings and grand openings as well as large scale event hospitality. She has served as Executive Producer for many grand opening campaigns, including the Northwestern Memorial Hospital Galter/Feinberg Pavilions, The Prentice Women's Hospital, The Museum of Contemporary Art, The Art Institute of Chicago & The McDonald's Air & Sea Show. Since becoming CEO in 2015, Jodi has sought to create an elevated standing for the firm, attracting the nation's largest corporations, municipalities, sporting events and foundations. Cultivating strong creative partnerships with a powerful roster of new and long-term clients continues to be both her primary focus and reward.

Lindsay Mazza

Lindsay heads PWE's social division with Paulette to plan memorable and dynamic weddings and special events for high profile clients. Luxury weddings are Lindsay's specialty, they are custom designed to showcase the bride and groom's personal aesthetic. Lindsay is known for her creative ideas, unexpected touches and exquisite attention to every detail. Working seamlessly with all vendors Lindsay makes sure that the entire wedding weekend is executed to perfection.

Mark Liberman

Mark is a 19-year veteran of PWE with a solid background in production, operations, security and budget management. As part of the PWE team, his contribution lies in his seasoned ability to leverage relationships and to act as a "hands on" director who consistently demands excellence in delivery and integrity of performance. Mark's specialty is in ground breaking and grand opening celebrations for casinos, shopping centers and hospitals throughout the country. These celebrations include Rivers Casino, multiple ESPN Zone properties, The Aladdin Hotel & Casino, Urban Retail Group, The Four Winds Casino, Poag & McEwen, The Borgata Casino, DisneyQuest, Thomas Klutznick, Harrah's Casino, Central DuPage Hospital, Hollywood Casino, Delnor Hospital, The Rouse Company, Plainridge Park Casino & Cadence Health. In addition to the many grand opening projects for The Walt Disney Company, Mark has been the lead on numerous movie premiers including all red carpet arrivals and performances of numerous celebrities, including a six-month train tour to 40 cities to help market the movie, A Christmas Carol. Mark also worked on the Star Wars: The Force Awakens premier in Hollywood, CA. Mark was instrumental in putting together a unique marketing campaign for the Brizo Faucet line where we invited Valentino, Michael Kors and Tory Burch to create a one-of-a-kind collection with custom Brizo fabric that were printed with the subtle patterns of the products from the Brizo line. Our fashion shows at the kitchen and bath expos across the country were featured in major fashion publications. Mark is also a specialist in conference management and has produced annual conferences for the Federal Reserve & annual board retreats for Cadence Health.

Paulette pioneered the corporate hospitality experience to its current form, in which one entity governs and brings continuity to the entire hospitality village. She created and produced Corporate Hospitality Villages for The Super Bowl, The US Open Golf Championship, The Olympics, The Kentucky Derby and The McDonald's Air & Sea Show. Originally making her mark as a corporate entertainment specialist, Paulette remains one of the nation's foremost providers of name talent relying on the benefits of her long-standing relationships with major talent, their agents and extended production resources. While Paulette has had the privilege and honor of producing large corporate events, her passion is embedded in the creation of special social occasions such as weddings, milestone birthdays and anniversaries. Sarah Miller

Sarah has been a member of the PWE team for over 10 years as an integral part of all of the firm's events. She is involved in all phases of event production. Her amazing attention to detail and organization, keen eye for aesthetics, countless hours of logistical planning and the ability to think on her feet to find solutions to problems that pop up on-site have contributed to her playing a key role in many of PWE's world-class events. Sarah has taken a leadership role with clients such as Baxter Credit Union, Nature Conservancy, HMSHost, Senior Lifestyle Corporation, Camp Groupon, Chicago Gourmet, Grohe America, Presence HealthCare and the Council for Jewish Elderly & has become an expert consultant for many of PWE's philanthropic clients. Most recently, she has produced Camp Kesem's national fundraising events in Chicago, San Fransisco, Los Angeles and Boston helping to raise over 4 million dollars. As well as producing and managing Baxter Credit Union's all Employee Conference for over 500 employees. Sarah has presided over all of PWE's volunteer training and management from Y-ME races of over 1,000 volunteers to Chicago Gourmet & NCSL making sure that they are educated and on brand. Sarah also produces all of PWE's Bar & Bat Mitzvah's taking her many years of corporate and foundation experience to our high end social division. Her attention to detail in this allows her creative juices to flow creating memorable and lasting gatherings. Since becoming Event Director, Sarah has taken the lead in PWE's own brand management. She created and maintains the company's website and marketing materials as well as managing all social media. This experience provides Sarah with the ability to work with PWE's clients who are looking for additional brand awareness marketing campaigns & engagement solutions that harmonize and highlight the strategy allowing them to engage before, during and after the event.
