Dr. Yacoub is a native of Northern Virginia and grew up in Leesburg. She graduated from the University of Virginia in 2015 and received her dental degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 2019. After graduation, she completed a general practice residency at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center where she treated veterans with complex medical healthcare needs at one of the busiest and most advanced centers. Following residency, she worked in a small family dental practice in Winchester, VA. She enjoys treating patients of all ages while focusing her clinical expertise on restorative, cosmetic, implant, and removable dentistry. Professionally, she is a member of the Northern Virginia Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Dental Association. She is passionate about service and participates in Mission of Mercy Projects throughout Virginia as well as Dental Mission Trips to Jamaica, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua. Her love for education pushes her to keep up with the latest advances in dentistry through continued education courses and study clubs. She works with patients to bring confidence to their smile with personalized treatment that produces the best esthetic and functional outcome. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, fine dining, and concerts.

Dr. Collazo earned his dental degree from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1990. Shortly after graduation, he joined the U.S. Army Dental Corps where he completed an Advanced Education Program in General Dentistry. In 1995, following military assignments in Kansas, Germany and Texas, Dr. Collazo established residence in Northern Virginia. Professionally, he is dedicated to providing his patients exceptional clinical care. This pursuit has taken him to develop professional relationships with some of the best advanced dental education centers in the World, like The Pankey Institute and Spear Education. His areas of clinical interest are adult complex restorations, esthetics, dental implants, facial pain, TMJ disorders, and dental sleep medicine. He lectures on those topics to local study clubs and maintains membership in the Greater Loudoun Study Club (where he serves as a restorative advisor), Spear Faculty Club and Spear Study Club. Dr. Collazo believes that each patient presents a unique set of conditions, desires and expectations that must be evaluated and understood. Therefore, he aims to develop a partnership with his patients and to empower them to create a lifetime strategy to achieve comfort, function, beauty and dental health. Outside the office, Dr. Collazo is a family man and sport enthusiast. As a former volleyball athlete, he lends his experience by being on the coaching staff of the Heritage High School Volleyball Program and Club Volleyball circuit. In addition to dentistry and sports, his wife of over 30 years and family (which includes two adult daughters and a dog) are his foundation and greatest success. Dr. Collazo is a preferred Vendor for the Management of Obstructive Sleep Apnea with Oral Appliance Therapy in Reston, Herndon, Sterling and Loudoun County.
