Eventually our family moved to the East Coast, but instead of drifting apart as friends, our friendship only grew stronger over time. With each visit, one topic continued to surface time and time again: the need to help women leaders thrive in an increasingly competitive and challenging environment. Over countless conversations, we shared strategies and the tools women needed to succeed. Finally, no longer content to simply talk about empowering women leaders, we made the commitment to form a company where we could have an impact. LeadHERship Consortium, LLC, is the result of strong friendship and business relationship. It continues to amaze me how we complement each others' strengths, and spark each others' creativity... Drawing on both of our backgrounds in business, leadership and the belief in the tremendous power held by women, we have created the LeadHERship Consortium to help women maximize their potential.
