Chad Smith

Chad is a graduate of Appalachian State University. Upon deciding to stay in the High Country, he started his own insurance company in 2002. He decided to transfer to the financial services industry in 2008 before becoming part of the LifeStore team in 2009. Chad and his family reside in Boone, N.C. where he is an active member of his community. He has served on several local committees and is a past board member of the Boone Chamber of Commerce. He is a founding member and past Chairman of the Board for The High Country Young Professionals. Most recently he finished his tenure as a board member and past Chairman for the Watauga Education Foundation. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and coaching youth sports. As an Investment Advisor Representative, Chad works closely with each individual to develop a personalized plan. He offers a wide range of financial products and services while incorporating his knowledge and experience to help each client work towards their financial goals.

Charity O'Connell

Charity O'Connell started with LifeStore Investments in 2008 with four years of retail banking experience and a Bachelor of Science degree from Gardner Webb University. Charity says her biggest goal is to focus on client relationships. She has a passion for customer service and making sure that all the client's needs are met. Charity lives in the Mulberry area of Wilkes County with her husband and 3 daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in the Wilkes and Ashe communities.
