Don has over 13 years experience in the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate market with a primary focus on office and industrial sales and leasing. He has extensive knowledge on the Central Florida market and is currently focusing on the sale of investment properties. Don is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds a Real Estate Brokers license in Florida. He is also a former president of the Central Florida District of the Florida CCIM chapter. Don is a graduate of Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH and is a retired New Hampshire State Trooper.

Scott Lloyd has been advising and representing small-to-medium sized companies and organizations regarding their commercial real estate decisions and needs since 2002. Throughout his 20+ year real estate career, Scott has managed millions of square feet representing all classes of commercial real estate and completed well over fifteen hundred lease and sale transactions both as a principal and on behalf of tenants, property owners, corporations and investors in the acquisition or disposition of land, office, industrial, aviation-related and retail properties. Scott is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Real Property Administrator (RPA), obtained a BBA in Real Estate & Finance from the University of North Texas (Mean Green!) and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. He is, or has been active in numerous community-based and professional organizations including NAIOP, ULI, ICSC, BOMA, the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and the Orlando Economic Partnership. Scott has served distressed portfolios as a court-appointed receiver, and proudly served on the Executive Committee of Florida Realtors, the City of Orlando's Board of Zoning Adjustment, the City's Code Enforcement Board and as the Treasurer of the Thornton Park District Main Streets Board. Scott is a founding board member of CFCAR and is the 2017 Past-President for the 1,000 member Florida CCIM Chapter. Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Orlando Partnership.
