Ashlie Irish began her career in healthcare at the age of 16 as a certified nursing assistant. It was during that time that she discovered her passion for providing care for vulnerable populations. Ashlie went on to obtain my Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming. She developed a love for the adult and geriatric population due to their contributions to our society, their compassion, their experiences, and their right to compassionate, accessible, and adequate care. In 2018 Ashlie completed her MSN through Maryville University with a focus on adult geriatrics. Her experience is mostly focused in acute rehab and long-term care. She is looking forward to assisting those in our community have access to necessary care to improve their quality of life.

Bethany has been a nurse since 2016. She returned to school to graduate with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming in 2019. She has experience in several areas of nursing, including urgent care, oncology infusion, the emergency department, public health, and forensic nursing. She is excited to serve the Laramie area as a Chronic Care Coordinator. She is passionate about patient-centered care, problem-solving, and empowering people to take their health into their own hands. Bethany grew up in various places around Wyoming, but has made Laramie her home. She enjoys hiking, swimming, reading, and learning new things.

Cher Owen has a Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Wyoming. She is experienced in motivational interviewing and focuses on the client's strengths to guide them in finding the best care. Her experience includes trauma-informed care, assisting the homeless veteran population, and child welfare. She understands community resources and promotes strong advocacy on behalf of client's needs.

Dr. Kristina Stefka graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School and went on to an Internal Medicine Residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. After practicing as a hospitalist for a couple of years in Seattle, WA and Denver, CO, she realized that she wanted to focus on caring for the elderly and chronically ill. Dr. Stefka went on to complete a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Colorado in 2003.
Since that time she has worked in outpatient geriatric clinics and helped to start the first Palliative Care Program in Wyoming. Dr. Stefka worked as both a Staff Physician and Medical Director in subacute and long term care and has served as a Board Member and President of the Wyoming Board of Medicine.
Dr. Stefka is interested in helping to innovate systems of medical care to allow patients and families to more easily participate in their care and make informed choices based on each individual's goals and values. She believes that great medical care begins with listening to the patient! Dr. Stefka is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Hospice, and Palliative Medicine.

Dr. Rachel Eby, PhD is a Licensed Psychologist with a Doctoral degree from Colorado State University. She is passionate about using evidence-based psychological treatments to serve clients across the lifespan. She has experience conducting individual, family, and group therapy - as well as psychological assessment - with folks across a broad range of cultural backgrounds, ages, and developmental stages. She takes a compassionate and thoughtful approach to help clients transform their relationships with their difficult thoughts and feelings and find new meaning by engaging in what's most important to them in life.

Erin is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Wyoming. She has over two years experience working with a variety of presenting mental health concerns and utilizes evidence-based practices along with a strengths-based approach to help clients accomplish their goals.

Ola Anyanwu is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN) working at LIV Health as Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Ola is a telehealth provider supporting other clinical staff members and providing patient care. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Walden University, with a 3.9 GPA, and Cum Laude from the University of Texas, at Arlington. Ola is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society, the American Nurses Association, and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
Ola has experience working with children, adults, and geriatric patients, and enjoys working with various population groups with mental illness by helping them regain autonomy and become fully functional members of society. She enjoys promoting social change and De- stigmatization of mental illness through public education and awareness. Ola has worked in different hospitals in Texas, including private, home health, nursing homes, temporary hold facilities, county and federal hospitals, in both impatient and telehealth settings. Over the past eight years, She has worked as a psychiatric nurse provider caring for patients belonging to different population groups across lifespan, with varying mental health disorders/substance abuse problems.
Ola has received countless awards in maternal and childcare, psychiatric/mental abuse health management and has been nominated a National Safety Champion. She is an extremely competent, passionate and compassionate provider with vast knowledge and experience in all facets of mental health.
Ola is the mother of five beautiful children and is an empathetic, friendly, and respectful provider; she listens, cares, and communicates concisely and effectively. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, reading, dancing, and sharing a laugh or a smile.

In addition to specializing in mental health-related to older adults, Pat has been the Psycho-social Facilitator at Casting for Recovery, a retreat experience offered in Wyoming for women with breast cancer. She specializes in therapy for clients with breast cancer and has facilitated groups who are working through grief and loss.
