Alicia Bridges

Alicia Bridges, MA is a licensed psychological associate in Kentucky. Ms. Bridges earned her bachelor's degree in biology and chemistry from Indiana University Southeast and her master's degree in clinical psychology from Spalding University in Louisville. She completed practicum placements at both LifeSpring Community Mental Health and Dreams with Wings and is a member of the Kentucky Psychological Association. As a technician, Ms. Bridges assists with testing cases by administering and scoring psychological and neuropsychological assessments. She is also under the supervision of Dr. Jacquelyn Graven. Ms. Bridges enjoys spending time with her furry humans (Ollie and Otie), hiking, camping, and spending time with her family and friends.

Amanda Sneed

Amanda Sneed, LCSW is a licensed social worker in Kentucky. Mrs. Sneed received her bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University and her master's degree from Spalding University. She has worked in a variety of settings that included both inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse services. Mrs. Sneed has worked with programs addressing family dynamics and childhood adoption. She has also assisted with supervising master's level students as they advance to become future practitioners. She has worked in the field as both a case manager and therapist for over twenty years. Mrs. Sneed is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Mrs. Sneed promotes helping patients find their inner strength to achieve and sustain positive emotional, mental and physical health. She helps patients build their toolboxes full of coping skills to handle their stress. The therapy process can include addressing issues such as relationship difficulties, adjusting to challenging life changes, and/or dealing with loss. Mrs. Sneed provides treatment to ages 8 and up for individuals, couples and especially families using a variety of treatment approaches that include, but are not limited to cognitive therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused and goal centered therapy. Common conditions Mrs. Sneed treats include depression, anxiety, bipolar, substance abuse, grief, trauma, cognitive issues and a variety of other concerns. Brad Goebel

Brad Goebel, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker in Kentucky. Mr. Goebel earned his bachelor's degree in social work from the State University of New York at Fredonia and his master's degree in social work from the University of Louisville. Prior to his time with Graven and Associates, he has worked in various capacities in the community mental health setting, both as a therapist and most recently being the clinical supervisor for an outpatient mental health clinic. Mr. Goebel is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Phi Alpha Honor Society for social work. Mr. Goebel uses a dynamic and multi-modal approach to therapy, integrating therapeutic strategies as appropriate to work with individuals on enhancing their emotional and behavioral well-being. He provides treatment to teenagers beginning at age 13 as well as adults of all ages. Mr. Goebel has experience treating a wide variety of concerns and symptoms, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, mood swings, auditory and visual hallucinations, insomnia, stress, life adjustments, difficulties managing anger, coping with divorce/separation, and more. Mr. Goebel enjoys spending time with his two children, watching sports, and has over twenty years of experience playing the drums.

Dr. Jacquelyn Graven

Jacquelyn Graven, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist and a neuropsychologist with a health service provider designation in Kentucky and is the founder and owner of Graven & Associates, PLLC. Dr. Graven earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Drury University, her master's degree in clinical psychology from Missouri State University, and her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. She completed an internship at Nebraska Mental Health Centers and a residency in neuropsychology at Psychological Service Center. Dr. Graven is a member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology, the International Neuropsychological Society, the American Psychological Association, the Kentucky Psychological Association, the National Register, Psi Chi, and an executive board member of the Kentucky Traumatic Brain Injury Alliance Trust Fund, a prior board member of the Brain Injury Alliance of Kentucky, and a prior member of the Kentucky Psychological Association Ethics Committee. Dr. Graven takes an integrated approach to providing treatment to her patients and considers all aspects of their health and well-being. She also provides professional care and treatment for children (starting at age six), adolescents, teens, adults, families, and couples. She has experience in treating anxiety, depression, attention concerns, life stress, cognitive issues, learning disorders, memory impairment, etc. Dr. Graven specializes in neuropsychological assessment and also conducts psychological and psychoeducational evaluations as well as therapy. Dr. Graven is married and has two children. She enjoys cooking, exercise, running, and time with her family.

Dr. Kaitlyn Gall

Kaitlyn Gall, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist and neuropsychologist. Dr. Gall earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Midwestern University (Illinois campus). She completed an APA-accredited internship with a concentration in neuropsychology at Meier Clinics and a 2-year postdoctoral residency in neuropsychology at Arkansas Neuropsychology & Behavioral Health. She hopes to obtain board certification from ABCN. Dr. Gall provides assessment to adolescent, teen, adult, and geriatric populations. She specializes in neuropsychological assessment with a special interest in conducting dementia evaluations for geriatric patients. She also has experience conducting neuropsychological evaluations for patients with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's Disease, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. Additionally, Dr. Gall conducts psychological evaluations for mood-related concerns (such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD) including psychological clearance for employment. She also performs neuropsychoeducational and psychoeducational evaluations for the presence of disorders impacting academic achievement. Finally, Dr. Gall conducts neuropsychological and psychological independent medical exams and forensic evaluations. Her goal is to identify patients' strengths and areas of growth in order to make appropriate patient-centered recommendations and referrals. Dr. Gall enjoys acro yoga, art, writing, and exercise.

Dr. Lauren Flaherty

Lauren Flaherty, Ph.D. is a temporarily licensed psychologist currently in her post-doctoral residency in neuropsychology. She is under the supervision of Dr. Jacquelyn Graven. Dr. Flaherty earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Louisville, her master's degree in bioethics from and master's degree in clinical psychology from the University of Louisville, and her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Louisville. She completed an internship at Robley Rex Veteran Affairs and completed six months of her residency in neuropsychology at Comprehensive Neuropsychological Services before joining Graven & Associates, PLLC. Dr. Flaherty is a member of the Louisville Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience, American Psychological Association, American Society for Bioethics and Humanities, Mindfulness Based Clinical Practice Organization, and Political Action for Psychology. She also has several scientific publications, given international talks, and is occasionally a reviewer for the Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine Journal. Dr. Flaherty takes an integrated and holistic approach to treatment and develops individualized empirically based treatment plans for her patients. She treats patients for children (starting at age eight), adolescents, teens, adults, families, and couples. She has experience in treating anxiety, panic, depression, attention concerns, trauma, personality disorders, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, autism spectrum, gender identity concerns, schizophrenia, sexual dysfunction, couple's counseling, life stress, cognitive issues, learning disorders, memory impairment, etc. Dr. Flaherty specializes in neuropsychological assessment and conducts psychological and psychoeducational evaluations as well as therapy. Dr. Flaherty is married and has three children. She enjoys being active in church, volunteering at the Greek festivals, travelling, being outside, the piano, tennis, new restaurants, and is a huge fan of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series.

Mrs. Christy Terry

As practice manager for Graven & Associates, Mrs. Christy Terry is vital to our everyday business and administrative needs. She is an integral part of the practice and supports our providers as well as caring for the business needs of our patients. Mrs. Terry is very caring, helpful, and has the best laugh! In her spare time, Mrs. Terry loves spending time with her family and friends. She has been married for several years and has 3 children. She loves animals, helping others, and crafting.

Mrs. Lindsay Smith

As patient coordinator for Graven & Associates, Mrs. Lindsay Smith assists patients, support staff, and providers. Her responsibilities are scheduling, coordinating patient care, general office operations, and performing various administrative duties. Mrs. Smith is married and has three children and two dogs. In her free time, she likes to camp and travel to concerts to see her favorite band with her husband. She also likes to make jewelry, fused glass art, and anything crafty.

Raymond D. Martorano

Raymond D. Martorano, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and certified alcohol and drug counselor with a health service provider designation. Dr. Martorano earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Temple University and both his master's and doctorate in clinical psychology from Rutgers University. He completed an APA accredited internship in clinical psychology at the Veterans Administration Hospitals at Lyons and East Orange, New Jersey. Dr. Martorano also holds a master's in pastoral studies from Lexington Theological Seminary and is a retired and ordained deacon in the Catholic Church. Finally, he completed two years of training as a behavioral health consultant at Walter Reed Naval Hospital and Wright Patterson Air Force Medical Center. Dr. Martorano is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Kentucky Psychological Association and a prior member of the Kentucky Medical Association's Mental Health and Colleague Assistance Committees. Dr. Martorano has a broad range of work experiences including being a clinical instructor at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Bronx, New York and an assistant professor in psychology at the University of Kentucky. He also worked in the Kentucky community mental health system, was an employee assistance provider for Chessie Systems Railroads, IBM, Toyota and Fed Ex, and worked in an inpatient setting for Charter Medical Corporation and CompCare Corporation. Finally, Dr. Martorano worked as part of a team to aid impaired physicians for the Kentucky Medical Licensing Board. Dr. Martorano uses mostly a cognitive-behavioral approach to treat current problems in late teens, adults, couples, and families. He specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, couples communication problems and conflicts, and non-compliance with chronic medical conditions. He also treats adults suffering from addictions. Dr. Martorano is also familiar with basic health psychology and short-term behavioral interventions for sleep disorders, chronic pain, attention and concentration disorders, and life style changes. Dr. Martorano is married with one child. He is an avid reader and enjoys music and science fiction. He spends most of his spare time in activities with his family.

Sarah Hale

Sarah Hale, MS is a temporary licensed psychological associate in Kentucky. Ms. Hale earned her bachelor's degree in behavioral neuroscience from Centre College, and her master's degree in clinical psychology from Brescia University. She completed practicum at Owensboro Behavioral Health. Since 2020, Ms. Hale has worked in community mental health as a crisis line specialist. She is a member of the Kentucky Psychological Associates and the American Psychological Association. As a technician, Ms. Hale assists with testing cases by administering and scoring psychological and neuropsychological assessments. She is also under the supervision of Dr. Kaitlyn Gall. Ms. Hale enjoys crocheting, embroidery, playing video games, and walks with her partner.
