Andrew Goldner

Andrew Goldner is an associate at LKG specializing in civil litigation, including civil rights and medical malpractice defense. He received his law degree from Marquette University in 2019. While at Marquette, Andrew earned both the Litigation and Sports Law Certificates. He also competed in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition and Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition. Andrew also had the opportunity to clerk at the United States Equal Opportunity Commission, Enforcement Section during law school. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Andrew received his bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, and English from Ohio University in 2012. Prior to joining LKG, Andrew worked at a prominent insurance defense litigation firm in the Milwaukee area. In his free time, Andrew enjoys exploring his neighborhood of Walker's Point and competing in the Milwaukee Hurling Club.

Ashley Brown

Ashley Brown, MBA, is an associate attorney at Leib Knott Gaynor specializing in civil litigation and professional liability litigation with an emphasis on health care. She defends healthcare providers and other professionals in matters related to malpractice, general negligence, licensing boards and variou s business issues. Ashley received her MBA (2017) and law degree (2018) from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. During the pursuit of her JD/MBA, Ashley served as both a senior board member and Note & Comment Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. She was also a competing member on the Wisconsin Moot Court Board, where she received the Mathys Memorial Award for Appellate Advocacy. Ashley was also a teaching assistant for an undergraduate marketing lecture, required for all undergraduate business students. Prior to graduation, Ashley spent her academic summers clerking at law firms in Duluth, MN and Chicago, IL, gaining exposure to a variety of areas of the law including business transactions, labor and employment, contract, and intellectual property issues. Ashley received her bachelor's degree in economics and political science from the University of Minnesota - Duluth (B.A., cum laude, 2013), where she was a four-year varsity soccer player. Prior to joining Leib Knott Gaynor, Ashley worked in a leadership role within an aggressively growing hospitality group located in Milwaukee, WI. Brenden Leib

Brenden Leib is an associate attorney at LKG specializing in civil litigation. Specifically, Brenden prides himself on representing health care providers in a wide range of matters. Sean M. Gaynor

Sean Gaynor is a litigation attorney who specializes in the representation of healthcare providers and other professionals in matters related to malpractice, general negligence, licensing boards, policy, and business issues. The variety of medical, dental and other professional related matters he has handled provide him the knowledge and experience to acutely assess each case, conduct efficient discovery and take cases to trial. Voted a Wisconsin Super Lawyer and Rising Star by his peers annually since 2008, Sean is consistently called upon to handle complex, difficult cases. Using his experience in medical malpractice, Sean has also built a robust practice representing other professionals including lawyers, IT professionals, architects, and accountants. Healthcare and professional liability is complex, both legally and factually, and carries significant financial and personal exposure. Sean appreciates each of these aspects and strives to provide his clients a principled, well-planned, strongly executed defense. Sean prides himself on collaboration and ensures that his clients have an active say in how their respective matter is handled.
