Colleen and Jim have owned their own properties, and have fully managed them for over 30 years. Colleen feels they can relate to Owners and Tenants because of the time we have owned and managed their own properties. Colleen is in the office most days, and is ready to answer most questions from owners or tenants if necessary.
CPM Is owned and operated by James T. McKee Jr. Jim is recognized as a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and a GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute). He earned his Real Estate license in 1982, and his Real Estate Brokers license in 1993. He has been managing residential properties for over 25 years.
