Luleå Business Region is a wholly owned municipal company, part of the Luleå Municipality group of companies, managed by the parent company Luleå Kommunföretag AB... We are Luleå's business development company with roles in business and destination development. We work in accordance with the Vision 2040 for Luleå Municipality, implementation of the UN Agenda 2030 and guidance of the municipality's general plan, as well as the strategic planning and budgeting for the municipality's group of companies. The company was founded in 2020, through a merger of Luleå Näringsliv AB and Visit Luleå AB.
