Harold started his insurance career in 1981 with a handshake with founder Dick Martin (deceased). After 41 years at Lyddy Martin that handshake still is the tie that binds. The emphasis right from the beginning has always been to learn and get it right. Harold obtained his "Certified Insurance Counselor" (CIC) designation in 1987 and has continued to exceed the continuing education requirements in order to maintain the designation. In addition to being a CIC, he has also been an expert insurance witness. He is very much the generalist, writing most lines of insurance anywhere from a renter's policy to professional liability to life and health. His clients are both individuals and businesses. As he likes to say, "We don't have customers, we have clients. Do what is best for them and the rest will take care of itself."

Lance Havel began his career in the Insurance Industry in 2004. As a Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance Agent, he specializes in working with clients to prevent potential losses they might not know they have. By identifying them, he advises the appropriate coverage to protect an individual, a family and businesses from financial losses.

Monique has worked in the insurance industry since 2011, and started working with Lyddy Martin in 2013 as a Personal and Commercial Lines Account Manager. In 2018 she began teaching pre-licensing courses for future insurance agents. While she has been working for Lyddy Martin Monique earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management, and is working on continuing her insurance education and obtaining advanced designations.
Monique prides herself on the personal relationships she has with her clients, and helping them better understand their coverage. On the weekends you can find her hiking with her faithful pup, cooking for her friends and family, or reading her extensive collection of books.

Pati has over 26 years of experience in the insurance and finance industries. Pati began her career working as an Assistant Benefits Coordinator, for individual, small and large group employee benefits. Subsequently, she was West Coast Regional liaison for Employer Sponsored 401(k) Plans with with clients from the implementation, set-up and education, as well as the ongoing service for small and large companies. In 2006, Pati began a new phase of her career as a Property & Casualty Agent. She moved to JRZ Insurance Services in 2010, which was later acquired by Lyddy Martin Company in 2014 when Jim Zupke retired. Pati enjoys being part of Lyddy Martin Company, and during her free time, love to spend time with my family and being outdoors.
Rick began his insurance career in 1978, coming to work with his uncle George Lyddy and father Dick Martin to learn the retail insurance business. Officially taking over the agency in 1998, Rick has seen the insurance world change and evolve over more than 40 years in the industry.
Rick is blessed to have his wonderful wife Marty, three children, and two grandkids to keep him busy.

Robert has over 40 years of experience in commercial insurance. Prior to coming to Lyddy Martin in 2003 he was a Senior Commercial Account Manager, Agency Owner and District Manager.
It was during his time as a District Manager he met his wife Lynn, who was also a District Manager at the time. Somehow, with over 80 years of insurance background between them, they manage to almost never talk insurance at home.
Besides spending time with his wife, outside of work, Robert's passions are his little dog Marly, Martial Arts, Music and his Harley Davidson.
