Brad Agnew has been an active part of the real estate industry for 15 years. His former experience in management and sales through private and public industry bring a wide range of experience and knowledge. Brad is no stranger to Max Well, previously working in numerous aspects within head office developing systems, training manuals, and marketing. His previous experience developing operational efficiency and modernizing organizations looks to continue supporting Max Well's leadership in technology and tools. Kim has been in the position of Executive Manager for Max Well Realty Canada since June 2018. She manages all administrative support for the company, as well, she is dedicated to serving and offering customer service and support to the Brokerages/Franchises. Kim has extensive customer service and bookkeeping experience. Her previous positions have been Business Enquiries Agent with the Federal Government, Office Manager for a large sign manufacturing company and she spent many years doing bookkeeping for her family's businesses. Kim strives to assist in the success and development of Max Well Realty brand awareness nationally throughout Canada. Kim has also been a licensed Associate in Alberta since 2006. This experience in Real Estate coupled with her experience in accounting and customer service, make her perfect for this position here at Max Well Realty Canada and an integral part of all our operations.
