Memo Shish Kebab was established in may of 2000 in Brooklyn NY but our story dates back 3 generations. Our grand father Mehmet (also known as Memo) started a local eatery in Urfa, Turkey using his homemade recipes. He has passed down his recipes and secrets from father to son... Our mission is to provide fresh Authentic Mediterranean cuisine in a warm atmosphere served by our friendly staff... When we first started our operations in Brooklyn, our restaurant only had 3 tables. Since then we expanded twice, acquiring our neighbor stores and now we seat over 95 guests. We search and gather only the qualified spices from different countries, we use all-natural produces and halal meats. We adapt and accommodate our guests demands, and grow our menus for their preferences and taste. Our staff is well-trained and experienced, they will take extra measures to insure our guests' satisfaction.
