The MGEL curriculum includes six core courses designed specifically for engineers to teach them leadership and real-world management skills plus how to apply them within their industry. The MGEL makes this combination possible in a single degree through a partnership between the College of Engineering, The Fisher College of Business, and the John Glenn College of Public Affairs...
