MIN+ is a creative architecture collaborative with studios in St. Louis, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Led by principal Meg Holmes, our diverse array of projects include retail, mixed-use, residential, and urban interventions of both modern and historic origin.
Molly's interest in architecture is deeply tied to understanding and improving how people live in and inhabit spaces. Previously she pursued this by helping fill California's housing shortage. Molly designed housing through subtle infill interventions, retrofitted existing residential buildings to create additional units, developed permit-ready ADUs for various local jurisdictions, and planned infill single-family residential developments, always with a focus on clear drawn, written, and verbal communication. At MIN+, she now help design homes more finely tuned to their inhabitants, with an eye toward how the details of a project should come together to tailor fit the end users' everyday lives.
Tyler joined MIN+ to lead Business Development and Marketing. She brings seven years of work experience across industries including real estate development, crop science, digital marketing, and non-profits. Tyler is passionate about the field of design and construction because she values impacting people's lives both directly and indirectly through her work, building relationships, and solving tangible problems.
As a former citizen of the city of St. Louis, now living in California, Tyler is excited to join a team operating across the two places she has called home in the past 10 years.
