MWFIRST provides training and information that fosters improvements in occupational safety and health, both on the job and off. Also, MWFIRST is highly involved in workforce development to insure that sufficient numbers of highly skilled and highly motivated Millwrights are available to staff the construction work and the service work that is forecasted... Established to further advance the Millwright Industry, MWFIRST is a Labor-Management organization dedicated to further promoting the collaborative working environment for labor and management.
