Anndrea Hart

Anndrea Hart serves as director of residential title for Servion Title, a division of Servion, Inc. Anndrea joined The Servion Group (then C.U. Mortgage Services) in 1997. Over the years, she progressed through a series of roles including Recording Manager and Production & Recording Manager. She became director of residential title in June of 2018. Today, Anndrea's responsibilities include managing Servion Title's residential operations, growing the residential side of the business, and overseeing the closing department. She supervises a staff of approximately 20 people, including title closers, recording specialists, and title examiners. Relationships are central to Anndrea's business philosophy. She works diligently to develop strong, long-term relationships with lenders and with internal partners, ultimately leading to better, more efficient service that meets or exceeds expectations. Prior to joining Servion, Anndrea worked for seven years at Twin City Co-ops Credit Union (now SPIRE Credit Union). Active in the community, Anndrea volunteers with Toys for Tots Twin Cities, the Junior Achievement program at Sunnyside Elementary School in New Brighton, MN, and with a local Twin Cities food shelf. Anndrea and her husband, Craig, live in St. Paul. She has three grown daughters.

Bill Dunford

Bill Dunford is a senior account executive for The Servion Group, a leading partner for credit unions and community banks seeking to grow in areas such as mortgage lending, business lending and more. His territory includes Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arizona. Bill is a longtime financial services veteran who has been in the mortgage industry since 1990. He has extensive experience in nearly all aspects of secondary mortgage originations and many other facets of the business. Bill joined The Servion Group in 2014 as an account executive, a position that allows him to use his experience to help financial institutions grow their mortgage operations. Applying his decades of experience, Bill is able to provide partners with advice and solutions in areas such as: Mortgage sales/operations management Origination Underwriting Processing Compliance Guidelines for conventional, FHA and VA loans Always focused on partner success, Bill seeks to build true relationships with the leadership and staff of the credit unions and community banks that he serves. Brad Crandall - CEO, President

Brad Crandall serves as president and chief executive officer of The Servion Group, Inc., a Minnesota-based financial services support organization partnering with more than 500 credit unions and community banks around the country. Mr. Crandall joined The Servion Group (then C.U. Mortgage Services) in 1995. Over the next decade, he held a variety of roles including loan processor, loan officer, and vice president of production. He was named CEO in 2005. Earlier in his career, Mr. Crandall held positions at Metropolitan Federal Bank and Chemical Bank. During his tenure as CEO, the company has expanded from its origins as a mortgage support organization for credit unions into a diversified organization providing a variety of solutions for financial institutions. Areas of business now include mortgage, realty, residential and commercial title, commercial loan resources, and financial advisory. Active in his community and in the industry, Mr. Crandall serves on the board of directors of the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations (NACUSO), the Coon Rapids Affordable Housing board of directors, the FNMA Credit Union Advisory Council, and is the vice president of the Andover Girls Traveling Basketball Association. He has presented for CUNA's Lending Council, NACUSO and Prime Alliance Symposium, among others. Mr. Crandall earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa in 1992 and his Master of Business Administration from Bethel University in 2010. He and his wife, Leslie, have three children who keep them very busy.

Carol Pusateri

Carol Pusateri joined Servion Commercial Title in 2018, bringing with her more than 30 years of industry experience. Over the course of her career, Carol has held roles with several national underwriters and independent agency title companies. She has extensive experience in both residential and commercial abstracting, along with recording of documents and final policies. Carol's service orientation, commitment to clients, and proven record of problem solving make her an excellent addition to the Servion team. Her attention to detail provides a solid foundation for due diligence, property ownership and investment, and property management.

Greg Schatzke

Greg Schatzke serves as the vice president of Servion Mortgage. Greg joined Servion in 2014 in the role of sales and digital marketing coordinator for all of Servion's business units. A short time later, he worked with Servion's CEO to create the position of Homebuying Coordinator/Relationship Manager, a role Greg then assumed and expanded. He was promoted to director of mortgage operations for Servion Mortgage in 2017 and ultimately to the position of vice president in 2019. Prior to joining Servion, Greg served for eight years as a loan officer and branch manager for CTX Mortgage. He also hosted the CTX Mortgage Home & Wealth Radio Show on Twin Cities News Talk radio from 2004-2007. Greg has been a featured speaker for the Minnesota Credit Union Real Estate Network (MNCUREN). He is currently NMLS licensed in 31 states. Greg has played a pivotal role in expanding Servion's mortgage offerings and created several new roles to better serve partners, including: homebuying coordinator, disclosure desk specialist, partner success manager, product and training manager, and retail training manager. He has also been involved in multiple employee initiatives at Servion, including the creation of the Culture Committee and the Charity Committee; he also served on both committees. A Minnesota native, Greg has lived in Rogers with his wife and two children since 2001. Active in his community, he has coached baseball, softball and soccer for many years.

Jean Linnell

Jean Linnell serves as a commercial title production and closing assistant for Servion Commercial Title. She joined the team in October 2018 to assist with production in our rapidly expanding national title group. Jean's career spans more than 30 years. Immediately prior to joining Servion, she spent five years in commercial real estate development as a broker's assistant and operations manager, a role that helps her see title and closing from a client/broker's perspective. Earlier in her career, Jean held several service-centric roles in which she built valuable skills including program administration, project management, process analysis and improvement, technical writing, corporate communications, marketing, and human resource management. Her diverse background and experience have equipped her with the tools to effectively and efficiently solve problems and help clients accomplish their goals, making her a valuable resource for our commercial title team.

Melissa K. Page Boeshans serves as president of commercial title and national business development for The Servion Group. She joined the company in 2016 to start our commercial title business and develop a national presence for both the commercial and residential title areas. Over the course of a career that spans more than 20 years, Melissa has gained extensive experience in managing high-volume, complex real estate transactions. Her expertise includes title endorsements, contract/document review, inter-workings of title/survey related matters, application of county/state regulations, statutory compliance, review and clearing of Schedule BII-related matters, legal research, chain of title determination, and much more. Melissa's current role involves leadership of a team that serves clients around the United States. She and her team prioritize the creation of long-term, meaningful relationships with clients. Points of emphasis for the team include accountability, follow-through, professional responsibility, and overall efficiency. Prior to joining Servion, Melissa held roles with local and national underwriters, law firms, and other independent agency title companies. She is also a trained Rule 114 mediator. Melissa K. Page Boeshans, President of Commercial Title and National Business Development at The Servion Group, boasts over 25 years of experience in real estate transactions. Her leadership was pivotal in establishing the commercial title business and expanding the national presence, driving the company's growth.

Randolph Johnson

I'm a native Minnesotan with roots in Lino Lakes. After serving in the US Army, I earned my bachelor's from the University of Minnesota before pursuing law in California. Returning to Minnesota in 1987, I've been practicing law, specializing in real estate and title since 1988 and 1990 respectively. During my studies, I interned with the MN Senate and served in leadership roles at law school. I had the privilege of studying under former Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. My wife, Lori, has been my steadfast companion throughout our adventures, raising our two daughters and now enjoying time with our two adult grandchildren.

Tianna Green was appointed as the leader of our Commercial Construction Disbursing Department at The Servion Group in February 2021. She possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of commercial construction, particularly in the disbursement process. Tianna has always had a strong affinity for numbers, having started her career in accounts receivables before transitioning to accounts payables, bankruptcy analysis, and credit analysis. She carried her passion for numbers into the real estate industry, where she obtained certification in construction disbursing and also ventured into business development due to her love for building relationships. Tianna's remarkable talent in managing projects of all sizes is evident in her experience working with lenders, which has equipped her with a profound understanding of construction draw processes and budget management. She takes pride in educating and assisting our customers, lender personnel, general contractors, and vendors, ensuring efficient and positive construction disbursements. Tianna is proficient in handling AIA documents, sworn construction statements, Small Business Association loans, and complex budget management.

Tony Lillie

Tony Lillie serves as chief credit officer for Servion Commercial Resources, Inc. (CLR), a division of The Servion Group. CLR is a commercial loan underwriting and servicing company that services and/or consults on over 3,000 commercial loans totaling over $4 billion. Tony joined Servion in 2010 and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He has directed the growth of CLR from a small local company to a national brand which underwrites and services commercial loans in over 40 states. As chief credit officer, he is responsible for CLR's long-term strategic planning and he oversees the day-to-day functions within the business, including loan underwriting, portfolio servicing, and supervisory collateral review sign-off. Tony's areas of expertise include loan structure and administration, risk rating assessments, portfolio administration and loan policy development. He regularly consults with lending institutions to help them evolve their approaches to commercial lending and related disciplines. Prior to joining Servion, Tony's career included roles as vice president at MinnWest Bank, vice president of commercial lending at Landmark Community Bank and vice president of Central Bank. He is a voting member on multiple loan committees and has completed pre- and post-closing loan audits. Tony holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with emphasis in business finances from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He and his wife currently reside in Eagan, Minnesota.
