We also provide concierge services such as pet-sitting, plant watering, cleaning services, changing out air filters and batteries, meeting contractors, project coordination, meeting up with guests, hurricane protection, emergency visits or alarm call outs, accepting deliveries and providing photos, rides to the airport, etc. on a quoted basis... Each home watch experience is different, and we customize based upon your schedule, your needs and the features of your home. But generally speaking, we make sure the exterior of your home doesn't give away your absence and that lawn areas appear suitably maintained. We check the interior at least twice a month to get ahead of any potential issues such as a leaky toilet or the air conditioning not cooling.
