Dino De Salvio is a graduate of the University of San Diego with a degree in Real Estate and Business Administration. Born in San Diego and raised on Maui, Dino has a passion and appreciation for fine dining in beautiful places. His background includes a junior asset management and investment analyst role for a private real estate investment firm, which acquired income producing commercial and residential properties. As an avid surfer, and former president of the USD Surf Team, Dino has lived in New Zealand and traveled all around the globe searching for perfect waves. With a unique perspective on cultural styles and architecture, along with his business education and background on the investment side of real estate, Dino serves as a well-rounded real estate consultant. Dino pairs a positive spirit with an aggressive negotiating mindset to continually achieve the best terms for his clients. Nate Benedetto

Nate Benedetto began his brokerage career in 2005 before starting Next Wave Commercial in 2016. Nate has a personal relationship with most of the retailers and restaurateurs in the downtown, uptown and coastal communities. These relationships allow Nate to more effectively match properties with tenants and buyers to maximize value and close more deals. With nearly 500 lease and sale transactions completed to date, he has extensive experience representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers. His trend analysis and knowledge of the urban and coastal neighborhoods allow him to outperform the competition and keep his clients looking one step ahead.
