Beth Powell is the president of New Pig Energy. Beth has 26 years of experience in chemicals and plastics manufacturing and has been granted thirteen patents. Beth has an MBA and a BS in chemical engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, where she received the University's Scholar's Medal. She is a board member of the Pennsylvania Independent Oil & Gas Association and is vice-chair of the Marcellus Shale Coalition Safety Committee. She has served as vice-chair of the Marcellus Shale Coalition Supply Chain Committee, a director-at-large for the Appalachia Women's Energy Network and a director-at-large for PA STEPS.

Chris Dilley has been with New Pig Corporation and New Pig Energy since 2000. Prior to joining New Pig, he worked in the environmental remediation business and earned a BS in environmental and hazardous material management from University of Findlay. Chris has been working in the oil and gas industry since 2011 and is very familiar with the Marcellus and Utica Shale play. When he is not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his daughter and family.

Dave Varney has over 20 years of experience in the development, design, installation, start-up and operation of manufacturing plants. His background experience covers all aspects of operations, including safety, quality, product development, material supply, production, fulfillment and inventory management. Dave has been with New Pig Energy since the beginning, and currently serves as operations and plant manager, overseeing material supply, product manufacturing, warehousing and fulfillment.

Drew Huff has been a field operations manager at New Pig Energy since 2011. Prior to joining New Pig Energy, he had 28 years of construction experience, and was self-employed for 20 of those years. Drew ran his business with top-notch customer service. In his current role as field operations manager, he is responsible for hiring, training of internal and external product installation crews, handling day-to-day scheduling and managing field crews. He is a problem-solver with an "anything is possible" attitude to serve the busy 24/7 oil and gas industry.

- Senior Accountant
Irene Focht began her accounting journey with The DeGol Organization, using her organizational skills to manage multiple client files while maintaining a high level of dedication to each individual customer. Irene started her accounting career with New Pig Corporation in June 2007 as AP for manufacturing and finished her BS in accounting from Saint Francis University in 2009. She joined New Pig Energy in January 2013 and took the role of senior accountant. Irene's attention to detail, as well as her strong computational skills, ensures she handles large amounts of data with ease and accuracy. As senior accountant, Irene processes all of the company's AP and AR, including payments to vendors and checks from customers; reconciles and transmits all sales/use tax and cash to multiple states; receives and reconciles inventory; does financial preparation and works with auditors. Irene enjoys spending time with her husband, four children and grandson, Eli. She also enjoys going for walks, reading and traveling.

- Altoona Warehouse Manager
Josh Albright has been with New Pig Corporation since 2005. He began his career as a machine operator for manufacturing before joining the warehouse team. In 2013, Joshua transitioned into his current position with New Pig Energy as the Altoona warehouse manager, managing shipping and receiving for New Pig Energy while also overseeing the manufacturing team. He manages purchasing outside products along with keeping a close eye on the incoming and outgoing inventories within the New Pig Energy warehouses. "Pigger" pride is the heart of the Albright family - Joshua's wife works as a customer service specialist for New Pig. Joshua has two children and maintains a happy and healthy balance between work and his family.

Michael Breslin is a project manager and a member of the business development team at New Pig Energy. After eight years as a sergeant in the Marine Corps infantry and graduating with a BS in business management from Pennsylvania College of Technology, Michael started his career in 2005 by providing project guidance and consultative selling in the industrial waste industry. Michael joined New Pig Energy in new business development for Colorado, North Dakota, Texas and Wyoming in April 2013. His strong business acumen and attention to detail helped in the adding of managing projects by supplying take-offs, bids, data analysis and follow-up with unparalleled processes for financial analysis of specific AFE's to year-end reports. Michael spends his free time with his wife and three boys. He also has been the president of the Williamsburg Youth Football League.

Penny McCreary, account manager, has been with New Pig Corporation and New Pig Energy since February 1989. During that time, Penny has worked with new customers to create custom orders, schedule transportation and generate invoices. Penny works closely with both the sales and field teams to make sure orders are processed and delivered. Penny does her best to make the customer's life easier by providing exemplary customer service.
