Annie Hanzel assumed responsibility for Nobility's Ohio division in 2021, when Nobility joined forces with Alta Partners. With over 30 years' experience in medical billing and medical office management, Annie has held various leadership roles with Alta Partners since 2001, and prior to her tenure there, she provided billing, managerial and systems administration support to Fairview Medical Group and Fairview West OB/GYN Associations, a seven-physician private practice. Annie is recognized for her in-depth understanding of the multi-provider medical office environment and supervises a sizable team of billing experts who consistently perform above and beyond for Nobility's clients.
Bob Alpert was named Nobility's division lead in Michigan in July 2021. Bob and his wife, Catrina, had founded Elite Medical Billing Specialists in 1994 and grew the company to the point of merging with Nobility in 2021. Today, the Michigan division team has more than 70 years of combined experience in medical billing. Prior to founding Elite, Bob held leadership roles with numerous sales, marketing and real estate entities and has more than four decades of expertise in entrepreneurial ventures. Bob's management style emphasizes treating clients and team members with respect and dignity, and ensuring that all parties involved have the right financial resources and technological and administrative tools to perform at an optimal level.

Brian Flynn joined Nobility in 2014 as a recognized leader in the healthcare information technology and revenue cycle management arenas. Before taking the helm of Nobility's business development division, Brian was an award-winning top producer working to advance the business and sales objectives of renowned healthcare companies like Allscripts, athenahealth, Navicure and CareCloud. Leveraging his unique experience in RCM and healthcare IT and his established network of professionals across the healthcare landscape, Brian has been instrumental in growing the Nobility brand and the company's footprint while modeling its core values of performance, transparency and communication.
Brian completed a Bachelor of Science in Health & Society and earned a Master of Science at the University of Rochester.
Carrie Williams is the division lead for Nobility's operating site in Nebraska. Carrie became part of the Nobility team in 2021, when Custom Computing Corporation was acquired by Nobility. Her tenure with CCC began in 2012, and she has been managing the revenue cycle for One World Community Health Centers since 2016. Prior to joining CCC, Carrie held an analyst role with Ford Motor Credit. She prides herself on cultivating positive and productive relationships with her colleagues and clients, and she is committed to performance-driven processes that support both the people and their business objectives.

Christian G. Hoffmann joined Nobility in 2018 to manage the company's acquisition initiatives. Christian previously worked for Dinan & Company, an investment banking firm where he was responsible for identifying and originating acquisition targets for the firm's lower-middle market private equity clients. In that capacity, he closed transactions with total enterprise value in excess of $115 million. Before his tenure with Dinan & Company, Christian was a securities analyst and managing member of two early-stage microcap hedge and investment funds.
Christian completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University, where he majored in New and Small Business Management.
Christian J. Hoffmann, III co-founded Nobility in 2014 with Dr. Michael Fossum, CEO. Chris brings a wealth of legal and financial knowledge to the Nobility team. Prior to launching Nobility, Chris was a partner with Quarles & Brady LLP, where his law practice specialized in emerging growth and microcap companies and ventures, with emphasis on corporate law, securities, public and private company representation, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity transactions.
Over the span of Chris' career, he has also worked in private practice with Streich Lang PA and Tiffany & Hoffmann PA and has represented clients in an array of industries, including technology, telecommunication, healthcare and hospitality. Before entering private practice, Chris served as corporate and securities counsel for Westinghouse Electric Corporation and was staff counsel for the Washington, D.C.-based National Association of Security Dealers, Inc., now FINRA.
Chris graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Inspired by his extensive clinical and business experience and the opportunity to disrupt the standard in medical billing, Dr. Michael Fossum co-founded Nobility in 2014 with Christian J. Hoffmann, Nobility's CFO and General Counsel. Under Mike's leadership, Nobility is credited for introducing Nobility Pre-Funding, the first guaranteed revenue model for healthcare organizations, and innovating proprietary technologies through its off-shore subsidiary to optimize profits for Nobility clients.
Prior to Nobility, Mike launched SilverTree Health in 2007, a traditional revenue cycle management company which grew to support 300 clients and was acquired by a publicly traded corporation in 2015. He also owned and operated 12 pain management clinics from 2000 until their sale in 2007. During that phase, Mike formed a healthcare consultancy to address the business needs of fellow practitioners. He left private practice in 2004 to focus on the consulting venture before entering the revenue cycle management space exclusively.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic Medicine.

Fabiola Monjaraz has been Nobility's South Texas division lead since July 2019. Prior to her tenure with Nobility, Fabiola served as general manager of MedFast, a company she joined in 2013 and where she received numerous promotions. She has held medical billing positions with notable healthcare organizations in Indiana and Texas dating back to 2001 and has received numerous awards for her outstanding skill in managing collections. Fabiola earned an Accounting degree from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo León in Monterrey, Mexico.

Faisal Bhatti joined Nobility in 2017 to oversee the company's U.S.-based revenue cycle operations and lead the formation of an off-shore subsidiary responsible for medical billing support services and related software development. Prior to his Nobility tenure, Faisal held a senior role with CareCloud, one of the fastest growing IT healthcare companies in America. He was a key contributor to CareCloud's IPO process, and post-IPO, he managed four different company divisions with clients across the U.S. Faisal has worked with top investment banks on Wall Street and has a demonstrated track record in managing the successful integration and on-boarding of acquisitions, achieving an impressive 90% retention rate.
Faisal earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Foundation University in Pakistan, and holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.
Haroon Rashid joined Nobility in 2017 to oversee operations for the company's off-shore subsidiary. Prior to joining Nobility, Haroon held various positions with CareCloud, first as a biller and later as a Senior Operations Manager responsible for 150 team members and 200 accounts. After his tenure at CareCloud, Haroon joined a startup and was credited with helping the company triple its revenue in a 2-year span. He is highly skilled at managing multi-specialty billing and credentialing processes and has a keen understanding of the workflow of leading electronic health record and practice management platforms.
Haroon earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Punjab University in Pakistan.
Jenna Field was named Nobility's National HR Manager in 2022. A native of Washington, Jenna previously served as the HR Manager for Elevate Billing Solutions, which is now part of the Nobility family of companies. She brings experience from a variety of industries, including healthcare, aerospace and agriculture, and has supported the HR function for a wide range of companies, both small and large.
Jenna earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management from Central Washington University.
Kerry Hamilton joined Nobility in 2021 to establish and implement a strategic marketing plan to advance the company's lofty business and growth objectives. Kerry has served as Vice President of Hamilton Consulting since 2007, where she manages marketing communications programs for clients in healthcare, sports and entertainment, real estate, and the nonprofit sector. She has also directed the public and community relations departments at Banner Health Foundation, Safeway and America West Airlines (now American Airlines).
Kerry has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Arizona and earned her Master of Business Administration from Arizona State's W. P. Carey School of Business.
Kimberly Monroe has been Nobility's Florida division lead since 2020. Prior to joining Nobility, Kimberly was a revenue cycle manager with Autus, an Ohio-based medical billing company, for five years. She earned the nickname "Hound Dog" because of her propensity to reduce Accounts Receivable for her clients by giving relentless attention to collections. Kimberly graduated from Eastland Technical School with certificates in Marketing and Business Management, and she has the esteemed title of being the youngest McDonald's manager ever trained in Columbus Ohio, after attending the famous burger franchise's Hamburger University as a 17-year-old. Offering outstanding service to clients has been integral to Kimberly's management approach throughout her diverse career.

Matthew G. Marsh joined Nobility in 2022 as CTO. He is responsible for driving the company's technology strategy; setting technology standards and protocols for internal and external audiences; and developing and managing the company's entire technology infrastructure. Before coming to Nobility, Matthew served in the same capacity with Custom Computing Corporation and has been chief scientist at Paktronix Systems LLC since 1993.
Matthew earned a Bachelor of Art in Experimental Physics from Oberlin College. He received his Juris Doctor from the Creighton University School of Law.
Sherry MacDonald was named the lead for Nobility's operating location in Tennessee in May 2022, after having been with Nobility's MidSouth Medical Billing division as a billing supervisor since January 2020. Sherry first joined MidSouth in 2016 and previously worked in a similar capacity for Prescription Fitness and Physiotherapy Associates, respectively. A seasoned professional with experience in medical billing dating back to 1988, she is a highly skilled and performance-driven revenue cycle manager committed to providing exceptional service to clients in this region.
Steve Roth joined Nobility in 2023 to manage the company's financial operations. Steve has extensive executive-level finance experience, having served most recently as CFO of ClarionDoor, Inc., a Zywave company. Other management positions have included consulting and C-suite roles with organizations like Deckers Outdoor Corporation and Pacificor, LLC. Steve specializes in improving the operations and financial positions of both high-growth startups and established corporations, utilizing proven methods to help grow revenue while realizing significant expense reductions for the companies where he has worked.
Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Financial Management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and is a Certified Public Accountant.
