Niall is a top chef with over 30 years' experience both national and international, and is best known for his work as head of food at the award-winning food company The Butler's Pantry. Over the last 16 years Niall has won numerous awards including the Great Taste Awards, Small Business Award and Blas na hEireann... Niall is a hugely experienced chef who has been teaching his craft for more than a decade. Niall conducts cookery demonstrations in Miele, Cooks Academy and Taste of Dublin. His passion for food and cooking is utterly infectious and is driven by the quality of seasonal Irish ingredients. Niall loves nothing more than passing on his knowledge.
