As President & Chief Executive Officer, Courtney oversees Oakmont's expansive portfolio of communities, including all aspects of their development and operations, and spearheads the company's culture of excellence and success. Courtney Siegel has been a key leader at Oakmont since the inception of Oakmont Management Group. She currently serves as the President and CEO. A proven leader and established industry executive, Siegel brings a wealth of knowledge about senior living to Oakmont's robust portfolio. With over a decade of experience in senior living management, operations and finance, Siegel is a seasoned executive who has overseen the substantial growth of Oakmont Senior Living. Prior to her role as President and CEO, Siegel was the Senior VP of Operations for Oakmont Management Group. She currently oversees Oakmont's expansive portfolio of luxury retirement communities, including all aspects of their development and operations and spearheads the company's culture of excellence and success. Beyond her leadership role at Oakmont, Siegel is a trusted and respected speaker on senior housing and sits on the Board of Directors for the California Assisted Living Association (CALA) and American Senior Housing Association. (ASHA). She graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration.

Crystal Robinson - CMO

As the Chief Marketing Officer, Crystal positions the company as an industry leader, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to support Oakmont's growing portfolio. As the Chief Marketing Officer for Oakmont Management Group, Crystal Robinson is charged with positioning the company as an industry leader. With more than a decade of senior living industry experience, Crystal is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to support Oakmont's growing portfolio. Under her leadership, Oakmont's unparalleled standards of excellence in sales and marketing are maintained. Since joining Oakmont Management Group in 2012, Crystal has been key to maintaining a record-setting 97 percent occupancy companywide. Additionally, she has spearheaded marketing in new development with the successful opening of more than 20 new communities throughout California. Crystal has a bachelor's degree in marketing and general management from California State University in Sacramento. On a more personal level, Crystal is an avid Alabama Crimson Tide college football fan and loves vacationing in Maui as often as she can.

Kevin Tyler - CFO, Chief Investment Officer

As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer, Kevin leads the expansion of Oakmont's market position, footprint, and strategic partnerships, and oversees the finance and accounting team. In his role as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer at Oakmont Management Group, Kevin Tyler leads expansion of Oakmont's market position, footprint, and strategic partnerships. Tyler oversees Oakmont's finance and accounting team, while continuing to enhance Oakmont's history of successful financial performance and future growth and investment opportunities. He works closely with Oakmont's CEO and leadership team to enhance corporate strategy and execute long-term business initiatives.. Before joining Oakmont in 2020, Tyler was Vice President and Head of the West Coast office of Welltower. Tyler focused on managing Welltower's key partnerships and identifying growth opportunities across all company verticals in strategic Western markets. While at Welltower, Tyler also led the long-standing partnership with Oakmont and played an integral role on Welltower's acquisitions of Oakmont communities. Tyler previously led the healthcare group at Green Street Advisors and spent 10 years in various investment banking roles. Tyler is an Executive Board Member of the American Senior Housing Association, and has worked with other healthcare industry groups such as NIC and CALA. He holds an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Kirsten Goulde - CHRO

As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Kirsten works closely with the executive team to establish best-in-class human resources practices across the company. Kirsten Goulde brings over 25 years of experience in human resources management, primarily within the senior services industry, having worked for a Medicare Advantage health plan, a large multi-state senior living operator, and two growing private duty home care companies. Kirsten is passionate about providing the best care and services possible to the aging community and brings this passion to her position at Oakmont, where she works closely with the executive team to establish best-in-class human resources practices across the company. Kirsten is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Design from Claremont Graduate University. She has been a featured presenter for Human Resources Today, sharing insights on emerging trends in the field. Kirsten volunteers her time to music ministry at St Francis Episcopal Church in Palos Verdes Estates, and serves as a speaker for ovarian cancer awareness through the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCNA) Survivors Teaching Students® program.

Matt Stevenson - COO

Matt Stevenson is the Chief Operating Officer at Oakmont Management Group. In this role, he works closely with the CEO and leadership team to advance the organization's mission, values, strategic priorities, and growth goals. Stevenson works closely with the ownership partners and forges strategic relationships that build upon the organization's success. Stevenson joined Oakmont in 2018 as Senior Vice President of Operations and has been instrumental to Oakmont's growth. Prior to Oakmont, Stevenson was Vice President of Operations for Belmont Village Senior Living. He has managed communities in multiple states and specializes in sales and marketing, operations management, financial analysis, strategic planning, oversight of new building openings, and the integration of technology platforms. Stevenson is an active member of the California Assisted Living Association (CALA) advising on both the CALA CCRC committee and on the Workforce Development Committee. His contributions are a driving force for many new educational initiatives. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University of San Bernardino. As Chief Operating Officer, Matt works to advance the organization's mission, values, strategic priorities, and growth goals. Stevenson works closely with ownership partners and forges strategic relationships that build upon the organization's success.

Sue McPherson

As Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, Sue McPherson oversees the licensing process for Oakmont's new communities. Sue ensures that all Oakmont communities are operating within regulatory standards, as well as at Oakmont's high standards for outstanding services. Of the 27 Oakmont communities she has licensed, all have achieved timely approval which allowed residents to be able to move in on schedule. In her regulatory role, Sue also provides information, training and support to the executive directors and Oakmont Management Group team on compliance and quality standards. Sue has 14 years of experience in the senior living industry, having held positions as Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Resident Services and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. Sue also worked for many years in skilled nursing as a Vice President of Operations. She maintains a license as an RCFE Administrator and a Skilled Nursing Administrator. Sue has been active with the California Assisted Living Association (CALA) for the past 15 years. She has served on the Board of Directors, as the CALA Board Chair, and as a member of the Public Policy Committee. As a member of the Public Policy committee she helped produce the CALA Compliance Audit, the Hospice Checklist, and the Resources for the Reduction of Psychotropic Medication. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading, hiking and kayaking. As Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, Sue oversees the licensing process for new communities, ensures regulatory standards are met at all communities and maintains our high standards for outstanding services.
